  I do believe CBS  will be addressing this I bet Weds night .JC needs to go.  maybe instead of an eviction JC will be leaving the house?  Hopefully?

Big Brother 20: JC Mounduix Accused of Sexually Harassing Houseguests with Ice Cream Scooper

Big Brother 20's JC Mounduix has come under fire after the live feeds showed him attempting to put an ice cream scooper on other houseguests' genital areas.
On Tuesday, JC, a 28-year-old dancer, was seen harassing his male and female co-stars inside the Big Brother house. He told Kaycee Clark to "open up your vagina" because "it feels good," to which Kaycee told him "no." He then tried to place the ice cream scooper under Kaitlyn Herman's blanket while she pushed him away. Later, when the current Head of Household Tyler Crispen was getting a massage, JC cupped Tyler's genitals through his pants.
After the Tyler incident, fellow houseguest Bayleigh Dayton referred to JC as "harmless," and it doesn't appear as though any of his co-stars have complained about his behavior in the footage available on the live feeds.
That hasn't stopped fans from calling out JC for his inappropriate actions, with some viewers calling for CBS to remove him from the house.

There is precedent for CBS removing houseguests from the game. Throughout the previous 19 seasons, producers have expelled four houseguests. Most infamously, in Season 2 Justin Sebik was kicked off the show after drunkenly putting a knife to a co-star's throat and threatening to kill her.

Big Brother 20 airs Sundays and Wednesdays at 8/7c on and Thursdays at 9/8c on CBS.
