The girl that had consensual sex with Polanski has forgiven him and asked that any charges against him be dropped.  And she is not 13 years old anymore.. Not saying it was right but from what I remember she told him she was older..

Bill Cosby, Roman Polanski expelled from Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Board of Governors voted to expel actor Bill Cosby and director Roman Polanski, the organization announced Thursday. Both Cosby and Polanski have been convicted of sex crimes.
In a statement to multiple outlets, the Academy says that both men violated the organization's standards of conduct.
"The board continues to encourage ethical standards that require members to uphold the Academy's values of respect for human dignity," the statement said.
The news comes less than a week after a jury in Philadelphia reached a verdict in Cosby's retrial case for sexual assault. Cosby was found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand during a 2004 incident at his suburban home. The guilty verdict, handed down for felony aggravated indecent assault, could see the 80-year-old comedian live out the rest of his days behind bars.
Polanski, meanwhile, is losing his Academy status several years after fleeing to France while facing jail time over a plea deal that saw him plead guilty to unlawful sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old in 1978.
The news comes 15 years after Polanski was given the award for Best Director in 2003 by the Academy for his movie "The Pianist."
As for Cosby, this isn't the only prestigious organization to consider giving him the boot this week. The TV Academy said it is reviewing Bill Cosby's inclusion in the Academy's Hall of Fame following his sexual assault conviction.
Although the Academy hasn't decided whether he'll remain in the Hall of Fame, Cosby's name had previously been removed a list of Hall of Fame honorees on the Academy's website.
A bust of Cosby no longer will be part of a rotating Walk of Fame exhibit honoring TV heavyweights at the Academy's Los Angeles headquarters, an Academy spokesman said.
Adopted in December, the Academy's code of conduct stipulates that the academy is no place for "people w ho abuse their status, power or influence in a manner that violates standards of decency."
The academy's board may now suspend or expel those who violate the code of conduct or who "compromise the integrity" of the academy.
Before Weinstein, only one person is thought to have been previously expelled from the academy: Carmine Caridi, a character actor who had his membership revoked in 2004 for lending DVD screeners of films in contention for Oscars that ended up online.
The film academy came under intense scrutiny following Weinstein's expulsion and the rise of the #MeToo movement for some of its active members, like Cosby, Polanski and Mel Gibson. And since then, many others have faced new allegations like Kevin Spacey, Brett Ratner, John Lasseter and Paul Haggis. It even became late-night fodder for people like John Oli ver.
Because its members are not made public, occasionally incorrect assumptions are made about who are part of the organization. Woody Allen, for one, is not.
The Associated Press contributed to this report.

[BigBrotherChatII] 'THE AMAZING RACE' Cody and Jessica Inspire ALL 'BIG BROTHER' ALUM EDITION!!!

'THE AMAZING RACE'Cody and Jessica InspireALL 'BIG BROTHER' ALUM EDITION!!!

'The Amazing Race' to Film All 'Big Brother' Edition After Cody and Jessica's Win

EXCLUSIVE

"The Amazing Race" winners Cody Nickson and Jessica Graf -- who previously met and became a couple on "Big Brother" -- may have led CBS to strike while the iron's hot ... and feature an all-'BB' cast for an upcoming season.

Sources close to production of 'Amazing Race' tell TMZ ... the show reached out to several past "Big Brother" houseguests and has locked down its list of competitors for the new season, which will begin filming soon.

We're told the all-"Big Brother" edition of 'Amazing Race' will feature at least one past 'BB' winner, but several other popular winners declined for family or career reasons. Still, we're told CBS is happy with the final cast ... and they're ready to race around the world.

Our sources say the idea for the "Big Brother"-themed season of 'Amazing Race' came from the success of season 30, which saw former 'BB' stars Cody and Jessica dominate.

We're told the couple most likely won't be returning for the 'BB' edition to try to win again, but we broke the story -- they're engaged now ... so they probably have their hands full anyway.

Dying Abby Lee Miller Writing Will & Planning Funeral Amid Cancer Horror
Posted on May 2, 2018 @ 9:00AM

Cancer-stricken Abby Lee Miller is planning her own funeral and penning her will just weeks after being diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, recognized as a rare and fast-growing cancer!
An informant told RadarOnline.com exclusively the 51-year-old reality star has "been getting her business affairs in order."
"Abby Lee's deciding who gets what in her will. She made a few friends in prison and she'd like to reward them. It's a very sad, scary time for Abby Lee. She's never felt so alone!"

Abby Lee's trying to stay strong but she can't get through the day without crying," added the source. "She doesn't seem to think there's much hope."
A source previously told Radar exclusively: "She's strong, but not good. It's bad and very aggressive. She is devastated because she has just been released, and now this. She feels cursed."
"From what I understand, she is getting her affairs in order. She has no family. Everything will go to her close inner circle. She doesn't think she is going to make this," the source added.
As Radar reported, Miller's horrific cancer crisis will likely exempt her from having to serve the remainder of her prison sentence in the L.A. halfway house where she was transferred to on March 27 after serving eight months for bankruptcy fraud.
Days after she learned she had non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, the 51-year-old Dance Moms star remained in a local hospital. And according to the insider, "Abby Lee's medical situation may require her to stay in the hospital for at least another month."
Fortunately for the reality star, "she will likely not have to make up the time," and she is still scheduled to be released from the halfway house on May 25, the insider continued:
"Being hospitalized with severe and aggressive cancer is far worse than having to eat bad food and hang out with newly released prisoners all day long."
The reality star has been documenting her hospital stay via Instagram.
Last week, she shared a photo of herself looking terrified in a hospital bed while hooked up to an IV.
In the caption, she wrote, "So much gratitude and love for those who listened, those who looked deeper and those who leapt into action. So much more I wish I could say……about how quickly your life can change at the hands of others. Thanks for prayers and love!"

Days later, she shared a horrific photo of what appeared to be a massive stretch of stitches on her back in which she captioned: "This gives a whole new meaning to being stabbed in the back!"
