I officially recognize 2 as celebrity.  Lance Bass and Matt Iseman.  The others are pseudo celebs...all reality junk stars.  This is not celebrity to me, sorry BB...fail.  I will still watch but will probably be disappointed with the casting.  I mean I get it, most folks that go on BB are probably in some sort of slump or trying to get back in good graces after a scandal or bad press so I wasn't expecting too many big names but this is just sad.  Don't say it's Celebrity BB, call it Reality BB.  They are pandering to the younger crowd that recognize the reality stars as celebrity.  This will probably be a fail for them and will get tons of ridicule about it.

 This isnot the full list is it? I heard Frankie Grande was in it? I cant picvture Beth Chapman in it as she was in such bad shape due to her cancer .Is she fully recovered in strength?
So we will see if this is rumor or truth . So far sorry BBers I am not impressed.

Surprise! The cast of Celebrity Big Brother USA reportedly leaked today — ahead of CBS's official announcement following this Sunday's Grammy Awards. Prior to its release, host Julie Chen revealed that the cast would include athletes and actors (and a whole bunch of reality stars!)
Back in September, Julie said the first-ever US-based celebrity edition would premiere in Winter 2018. On Dec. 1, the Talk co-host expressed her enthusiasm for the new project by reminding fans to "mark [their] calendars." We definitely are! Celebrity Big Brother premieres Wednesday, Feb. 7, on CBS. Scroll down for your first look at the rumored houseguests!

Johnny Bananas

The California native is reportedly one of six reality stars in the Celebrity Big Brother USA cast. He made his reality show debut on The Real World before making multiple appearances on The Challenge. Currently, he's on the Vendettas, where he's competing alongside BB alums Natalie Negrotti and Victor Arroyo.

Lance Bass

It's tearin' up our hearts that the rest of the NSYNC crew won't be a part of CBB, but we're happy Lance will be! The former boy bander has appeared on Dancing with the Stars — where he placed in third — and has had various hosting appearances and celebrity game show cameos. He's also reportedly a super fan of the show!

Andrea Boehlke

Andrea was on not one, not two, but three seasons of Survivor with her best finish being fifth place. Her longest stay was 37 days — not too shabby!

Beth Chapman

The Dog the Bounty Hunter star was recently declared cancer-free after battling throat cancer. She and her husband, Duane Chapman, are no strangers when it comes to reality TV. Their show ran for nine years and she also made a guest appearance on Hawaii 5-0.

Sammi Giancola

She's the sweetest b---h you'll ever meet! You may remember Sammi from her stint on MTV's Jersey Shore. Although she's kept a lower profile over the years, the 30-year-old reportedly opted out of the Jersey Shore Family Vacation special to participate in Big Brother. Oh, and she also wanted to avoid RAHNNN.

Gigi Gorgeous

The transgender internet personality first gained media attention pre-transition with her makeup tutorial videos and brought transgender issues to people's attention when she was detained and banned from Dubai. Today, she boasts more than 2.7 million followers on YouTube.

Matt Iseman

The physician-turned-comedian and TV host most known for American Ninja Warrior may have a leg up on the rest of the competition. He appeared on last year's Celebrity Apprentice — and won.

Brody Jenner

Remember when Brody was the most popular of the Kar-Jenner clan?! The former reality star is reclaiming his fame. Brody appeared in numerous episodes of Keeping up With the Kardashians and was on MTV's The Hills for three years.

Terrell Owens

The former NFL star cha-cha'd his heart out on Dancing with the Stars and recently left The Challenge after a verbal confrontation. Hmm, he might not last long on CBB then! Terrell is reportedly the only athlete competing this season.

Tiffany Pollard

Best known as "New York" on Flavor of Love, she has since he landed three reality shows of her own and was a houseguest on UK's Celebrity Big Brother where she placed fourth. Sounds like she may have an advantage!

  I have never seen it this bad. Some of you already know this but My hubby and I both had Influenza and pneumonia.  There has been deaths in Nebraska and recent was a child that was a twin.  This flu is not something to just shrug off.
My hubby is 82 and has dementia so he wasnot able to determine that he was as sick as he was.  We knew he was more tired and had a bad cough and decreased eating. . Some of it we chalked up to some of the dementia .
First I was not feeling well for the 2 weeks I was doing my kiosk but not bad enough to be bedridden.  So when I came home the 28th of Dec I just was pooped which I usually am after a 14 hour day  7 days a week for 16 days.  I went tot he ER Dec 31st as I just could not breathe . There is was misdiagnosed as an asthma attack they should have done blood work and an x-ray since influenza was around but had scheduled an apt with my doctor for Jan 5th.  So then Jan 3rd  my hubby passed out and ambulance was called . He almost died with influenza pneumonia dehydration  . He was 6 days in ICU and then transferred to a nursing home. He is slowly improving.  But it is thought he may be in there another couple weeks as they want him walking and not using the oxygen .  So if you are having coughing fever chills breathing problems you may have influenza and yes HE had the flu shot . I was scheduled to have mine at the apt I had for the annual check up .I am now over it FINALLY !! 3 LONG weeks .

School closings in Florida and Oklahoma and the deaths of a 12-year-old Florida boy and 37-year-old Indiana woman, both reportedly from influenza, are the latest signs of a growing epidemic across the United States, experts say.

Karlie Illg Slaven, a mother of two, died Jan. 22, three days after being diagnosed with the flu, her father told ABC Cincinnati affiliate WCPO-TV.
Slaven started feeling ill after her children and husband recovered from the flu, Karl Illg told WCPO.
Slaven, who according to her dad did not get a flu shot, went to the doctor twice before being admitted to the hospital's intensive care unit, where she died.
"Eventually, there was nothing else that could be done," Illg said. "And we all were there, standing around her, and she left about 6:30 in the morning."
Dylan Winnik, a middle school student in Palm Beach County, Florida, died Jan. 23 because of what family members say was the flu.
Palm Beach County health officials have not confirmed the cause of death, however, according to ABC Palm Beach affiliate WPBF-TV.
"We lost a wonderful 12-year-old boy," Mike Medwin, the boyfriend of Dylan's mother, told the station. "[It's] shocking. You get a call that he's passed. How the hell does that happen?"
The Florida Department of Health is reporting "above peak activity" this year compared to previous flu seasons. The panhandle region of North Florida is experiencing the largest increases in flu activity, the agency reported.
One school district in Florida's panhandle, Gulf District Schools, closed all its schools today because of the "significant impact from influenza-like cases in our school system."
All Gulf District Schools will be closed this Friday, January 26, 2018. Flu activity continues to be on the rise and we are experiencing a significant impact from influenza-like cases in our school system. For this reason school will be canceled for Friday only!



So far 37 flu-related deaths in children have been confirmed across the U.S. since Oct. 1, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). New York, Puerto Rico and 39 other states are experiencing high activity of influenza-like illness, according to the CDC's most recent activity report.

Nearly 10 school districts in Oklahoma have canceled classes for one to two days because of the large number of flu-related student absences, ABC Oklahoma City affiliate KOCO-TV reported.
Meanwhile, as schools and families struggle to fight the flu, the most well-known antiviral treatment -- Tamiflu -- is in short supply.
"We're told that it was on back order," Marissa Sgambati, a Florida woman in search of Tamiflu for her daughter, told ABC Orlando affiliate WFTV-TV. "It was just very challenging."
Walgreens, the national drugstore chain, told ABC News the sudden surge in demand for Tamiflu means some versions of the medication, or some dosages, may be unavailable. The company also said it expects more inventory to arrive in the coming days.
Tamiflu, and its generic version, oseltamivir, are "modestly effective" at treating the flu but more effective when used to help prevent the flu, according to ABC News chief medical correspondent Dr. Jennifer Ashton.

Study links the flu with a higher risk of a heart attack; majority of the cases are in older adults. @DrJAshton reports.
Ashton said it is simply "not feasible" to expect everyone to take Tamiflu for the entire flu season, which runs from October to around May.
People at higher risk for complications from influenza – such as those younger than 5 (especially younger than 2) or older than 65, pregnant woman and people with pre-existing conditions – are recommended for an antiviral treatment for prevention of flu, according to the CDC.
