[Reality-TV-Fanatics] Fw: News alert: Maximum Security owner to file appeal after controversial Kentucky Derby disqualification
| Gary West, the co-owner of Maximum Security, said on the "Today" show that while he can't appeal to the stewards at Churchill Downs, an appeal will be filed today with the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission. "If the state racing commission refuses to hear about it, I think this is something that's big enough that the entire racing world is looking at this," West said. |
