Me too.  I guess it was endurance and i notice she's able to walk on her foot now and doesn't even have crutches anymore but i would think they would be afraid of her re-injuring or re breaking the foot.  It's still healing.

'Big Brother 19' Spoilers: Who Won Part 1 of the Final HoH?

It's the last week of Big Brother 19 as Paul, Josh and Christmas battle it out to win the last HoH of the season and pick who they want to sit next to in the Final 2. Adding a wrinkle to this season is the presence of Christmas, whose injury has resulted in her having to sit out of several competitions.

Paul won part 1 of the Final HoH.

This is no surprise as he's literally won the last three competitions in a row. It also continues his streak of replicating what he did last year, winning both the Final 4 HoH and PoV, plus part 1 of the Final HoH. It seems as though, somehow, Christmas was eligible to compete in this one.

Now the question is whether or not Christmas will even be able to compete in part 2, or if Josh will win it by default. At this point, Paul has made it very clear that he wants to take Josh to the Final 2 with him and evict Christmas while Josh would evict Paul in third place and sit next to Christmas in the finale. Christmas has yet to vocalize what she would do, though odds are she'd take Paul even though she thinks she could beat Josh.

If you count the individual parts of the Final HoH separately, there have only been three other times when someone won four competitions in a row. Season 9 runner-up Ryan Quicksall, season 12 winner Hayden Moss and Paul last year all won four in a row: the Final 4 HoH and PoV, plus parts 1 and 3 of the Final HoH. Nobody has ever won five in a row, which Paul can do if he wins part 3 of the Final HoH on finale night.

Re: [Reality-TV-Fanatics] Who Should Win America's Favorite Player on 'Big Brother 19'?

Jason could lose his job. I hope his wife jumps on him for what he said. No matter if he was just being * stupid* . That what some had said he was just being stupid . M#E? that is even worse then stupid. I doubt anything legal will come of it but I hope Kevin addresses that with Jason.

I wonder if what Jason said about Kevin's wife and daughters will be reported on after the show finishes.  I am sure there will be backlash from Kevin.  It was disgusting.  The fact that Alex was going along with it and laughing and egging him on was equally disgusting.  I hope neither of them win anything.  Anyone wonder if Jason will lose his job?

After what Jason said about Kevins family I just donot understand WHY he is getting any votes . On the feeds chat several are for him also. I really don't understand why for Cody other then he stood up to Paul;  I wonder who the *others* are that has 16%

I just cant get past the nastiness of Jason That's why I picked Kevin as AFP.. Altho he did win $25K already.

Who Should Win America's Favorite Player on 'Big Brother 19'?

Big Brother 19 is in its final week and while the race for half a million dollars is on, there's another competition for the fans. Voting is now open for America's Favorite Player, with the winner receiving $25,000.

This is the fans' opportunity to choose who they liked the best. The previous winners include Victor, James, Donny, Elissa, Frank, Big Jeff (twice), Britney, Keesha, Crazy James and Janelle. So who will take it this year?

Based on preliminary polling from various Big Brother websites, the field seems narrowed down to three primary contenders: Kevin, Jason and Cody. That's not terribly surprising since, in the last six seasons, Rachel's sister Elissa is the only female to win the award.

It definitely seems like Cody is a potential frontrunner, which I fully endorse. Yes, he said some controversial things and he made some big mistakes, but for many of us he was the voice of the fans. He recognized that Paul was the biggest threat and tried to take him out in week 1. He refused to play along with Paul or production, not reacting to anything or playing up to the cameras. As he would say, this was a house full of betas and he was the only true alpha. On Big Brother 19, not being a sheep or a minion is actually an impressive accomplishment.

The case for Jason is also strong. It's hard not to root for someone who just found out he's having another baby and the $25,000 could be considered hazard pay for having to deal with Alex constantly punching him and shooting down his ideas about the game, which were proven right.

Then there's Kevin, who proved to be wildly entertaining in the early weeks of the game, but who has become largely invisible in the second half, blindly throwing competitions because Paul told him to do it. He had a lot of promise, but he never fully lived up to what could have been. Plus, he already won $25,000 on the first night, resulting in Paul entering the game, Cameron being robbed and Ramses getting framed.

Those are probably the only three HGs with a real chance at winning America's Favorite Player. The polls seems to suggest that Alex, Paul and Josh would be next on the list, followed by the trio of Jessica, Christmas and Mark. And if you really want to root for the underdog, Cameron is the dark horse with a small but vocal group of supporters.

Find out who wins America's Favorite Player on the Big Brother 19 finale, Wednesday at 8/7c on CBS.

Re: [Reality-TV-Fanatics] MasterChef season 8 finale preview: Who should win? Joe Bastianich returns

oh you made a good point about Eboni.
She wasn't in my top 3 until it got down to Yechica( sp_) because I just didn't like her for some reason  so I picked Eboni over her
Because she had to scrape for all she got I picked her but yes her attitude just might not be right for Master Chef, I like Dino tho  Its hard because if I HAD to pick 2 it would definitely be Dino and Jason. I would like to see those 2 in a final cook off to see who is the best.

I was just saying to hubby that I miss Joe lol.  When he takes a taste of something, then looks at the chef and then says nothing and has no expression on his face.  That cracks me up!  Very happy to see him back.

My pick for the win is Dino then Jason then Eboni.  As stated in a previous reply a few moments ago I think Eboni is not the right fit for the Master Chef brand.  She is just too brash and "ghetto" for our taste.  Yes she grew up rough, had a kid at 16 *beautiful daughter!* and is a tough lady.  I respect her for that.  Her mouth and attitude are just too harsh.

It will be good to see Joe back next week.
I like all 3 I would like to see Eboni win but will have no problem with Dino my next pick or Jason the last pick./

MasterChef season 8 finale preview: Who should win? Joe Bastianich returns

September 14, 2017
The first thing to note about next week's MasterChef season 8 finale is rather simple: The return of an old favorite in Joe Bastianich!
For those of you who remember the earlier seasons of the franchise on Fox, you are probably very aware of Bastianich's reputation as the toughest judge in the history of the show. He's quick with his opinions, he's ruthless, and that does also make you all the more pleased in the event that you do manage to impress him. We cannot even begin to tell you the sheer number of times we've either seen him spent out food or dump it in the garbage.

Luckily, he is returning here for the finale, and that means that he is probably not going to be altogether terrible to anyone for their food. At this point in time, most of the food should be rather tasty. These people have all been in a culinary bubble for so long that they haven't had a chance to do anything other than think about making the perfect dish. We like to think that this sort of supreme commitment to what they're doing will end up with some magnificent results on the other side.
As for who's going to win among the remaining finalists, take a look below for some of our quick impressions here at CarterMatt:

Eboni – She's been outspoken and tough at times, but also heartfelt and passionate at others. She's overcome a lot to be here, and her win is a really great embodiment of the American dream. She's probably the most well-rounded of the remaining home cooks, but it's going to take more than that to win.

Dino – He's probably the most imaginative and creative of the finalists, which to us means that outside the kitchen, he is probably going to be the one most likely to have success. However, in the kitchen there isn't that same sort of guarantee that he will win. He's the best at the sweet challenges, even with a few bumps in the road during the final four, but he isn't as strong in the savory realm.

Jason – He did really well in the final four, but we actually do think that he's best making savory dishes and could impress when it comes to making a well-rounded meal. The biggest obstacle that he probably faces here is mostly just in terms of the edit. He's got a tremendous enthusiasm, but we don't know quite as much about him as the other two who are still left on the show.
No matter who wins, this season should have a worthy winner, and someone who we'll really enjoy getting to see more of on future seasons should they stop by.
Of the final three, who do you think is the most likely to win the MasterChef season 8 finale? Be sure to share some more of your thoughts in the comments below!

That is why I loved Cody's line as everybody was figuring out they got played and Mark said "we all helped Paul" and Cody went "I didn't" and he was literally the only one in that room that could claim he ddn't help paul win.

Yep LOL.  They said that.  And I think mark asked them the same thing and they had no answer.  And Elena laughed at them and she said they were working with Paul the whole time and Elena was like we all were and Raven insisted that her and Matt were the real ones Paul was working with.  It's just hilarious.
