[Reality-TV-Fanatics] Big Brother 21 spoilers: Who won HoH after Jack’s eviction?

Big Brother 21 spoilers: Who won HoH after Jack's eviction?
Big Brother August 9, 2019

Big BrotherFollowing tonight's latest Big Brother 21 eviction show, who ended up winning HoH? Within this article, we've got that news and our first reactions to it!

Going into tonight's eviction show, we knew that Christie, Tommy, and then Analyse were going to be left out on their own. Because of that, they all would need to urgently win this competition to have a good chance of sticking around for a little bit longer in the game.

We gotta say that there were some people who made it clear that they weren't taking this seriously enough … and Tommy won! The birthday boy gets a chance to have safety and now, moving forward, he'll get to name his nominees. Tommy winning does introduce an added element of chaos into the proceedings this week, because he will likely nominate two of the people responsible for Jack's eviction. There's also the America's Field Trip that is going to come into play, where one of his allies could end up also becoming a nominee. For those of you who want some drama in the game, that's a good thing. It's also possible that one of Tommy's nominees could leave on his own HoH, so that could be interesting, to say the least. Also, Tommy won this while also wearing a ridiculous costume, so that must have impeded his focus somewhat.

America's Field Trip will be highlighted on Sunday night's new episode. Also, on Wednesday the show will be moving to 8:00 p.m. Eastern time — it's old timeslot. We'll see what happens with Tommy's Head of Household reign over the course of the next few days and it could prove to be interesting.

[Reality-TV-Fanatics] Big Brother 21: Julie Chen presses Jack Matthews on comments in interview

Big Brother 21: Julie Chen presses Jack Matthews on comments in interview

Big Brother August 9, 2019
Tonight on Big Brother 21, we had a chance to see the latest eviction … and also the first overall member of the jury.

Going into tonight, we knew that either Jack Matthews or Jackson Michie would be leaving the game … at least for now. A jury battle back of sorts is always possible, though it's not something that is anywhere near confirmed at the moment.

For some more Big Brother 21 video updates, be sure to check out the latest from the live feeds below! Once you do that, subscribe to CarterMatt on YouTube and view our Big Brother playlist.

Before we get to the eviction, let's at least give the producers some credit for injecting a little bit of comedy into the proceedings. There was some humor that we got courtesy of Allen the Angry Alien tormenting Jack and then also watching Jackson as the Alien Doctor getting all sorts of goo splatter all over himself. There were still some campaigns, but we knew that they would probably not go anywhere. Jack was too cornered for the better part of the game.

As for the eviction speeches, Jackson decided to praise Holly's family while Jack decided to zing some of the people in the game. The vote was pretty much a sure thing, but Christie did decide to trust in the "universe." The funniest thing here is that Tommy and Christie didn't vote together … also, apparently Kat is giving her parents her trip to Hawaii. Isn't that sweet?

Jack was evicted, and as expected, the audience didn't boo him. He claimed that he wanted to work with Christie and Tommy and maybe that decision ended up costing him the game.

The biggest surprise of the night to us was Julie Chen pressing Jack about a lot of his comments throughout the game, especially since they weren't all shown on the air show in the past. This was Big Brother being self-aware and deciding to both address the comments publicly and giving Jack a platform. He's going to know on the other side of this how America feels about him, that's for sure.

Big Brother 21 preempted, delayed in some markets by preseason football

Big Brother August 9, 2019
Tonight may end up being the most epic night of Big Brother 21 of the season thanks to Jack's imminent eviction from the game. Yet, some viewers across the Eastern and Central time zones may be stuck watching some NFL football already.

We're at that time of the year where preseason football is getting in the way of a lot of viewers being able to check out the CBS show — and it all varies on where you are. We know that in some markets, the Big Brother eviction show is going to air at the same time as always. However, in some other markets you're going to be waiting for a while in order to see it — as late as after 1:00 a.m.!

The best advice that we can offer is to check out your local CBS station in advance online, make sure that Big Brother is airing, and if it's not, it may be airing on a sister network. For example, we know that Miami is going to air tonight's Big Brother on a separate station, in addition to repeating it later on in the night.

Why wouldn't networks want a new episode of one of the highest-rated show of the summer? The simple answer is this: Football is still king. It doesn't quite matter where you are. One way or another, the NFL is going to draw big ratings … even in preseason. It's always going to be prioritized by major networks over the course of the year, no matter who the team is. (Trust us — there are going to be some VERY terrible football games out there.)

Tonight's episode will feature either Jack Matthews or Jackson Michie evicted … and also a new Head of Household at the same time.

[BigBrotherChatII] Big Brother 21 live feed spoilers: Jack’s last-second campaign

Big Brother 21 live feed spoilers: Jack's last-second campaign

Big Brother August 8, 2019

Jack Matthews In just a matter of a few short hours, the latest Big Brother 21 episode is going to be airing and through that, either Jack or Jackson will be evicted. Who will it be? We've got the last-minute scoop within this article.

Earlier this afternoon, Cliff and Jack had a conversation and through that, Cliff confirmed that he will not be voting to keep Jack in the game. He rejected his deal, which included an offer for multiple weeks of safety. Jack was frustrated by it, but told Cliff he respected his honesty about it. From there, Jack had to find another last-minute way to stick around … and that included talking to Kat. He tried to vaguely throw in his blackmail plan, mentioning her being a double-agent on Cliff's original eviction, but that didn't work. Kat didn't tell him 100% that she was voting to evict him, but he can probably read between the lines on it.

After speaking with Jack, Kat and Nicole convened and she confirmed that she's still on board the plan to evict Jack. Nothing has changed there. It actually seems going into tonight's eviction that Jack is perhaps the angriest with Nick, mostly because he feels like he was played out by him to some extent (which he was over the past few days). He's also realizing that the writing is on the wall for him and he'll be heading over to the jury. There is a chance at some sort of returning-player twist for sure, but we wouldn't count on it — there typically isn't more than one of these (though Victor did come back on two occasions in Big Brother 18), but we'll see if something is announced tonight. Remember that even if there isn't, we still wouldn't rule anything out completely when there is still more than a month and a half left of game to go.

[Reality-TV-Fanatics] Big Brother 21 Recap 08/08/19: Season 21 Episode 20 “Live Eviction and HoH”

Big Brother 21 Recap 08/08/19: Season 21 Episode 20 "Live Eviction and HoH"

BY Dorothy Gale on August 8, 2019

Tonight on CBS Big Brother 21 airs with an all-new Thursday, August 8, 2019, episode and we have your Big Brother 21 recap below! On tonight's Big Brother season 21 episode 20 as per the CBS synopsis, "Tonight on BB21 we have the live eviction and we will see if either Jackson or Jack is sent home.  Following the eviction the HoH competition will be held."

So make sure to visit Celeb Dirty Laundry for our Big Brother 21 recap between 9 PM and 10 PM ET.  While you wait for our recap make sure to check out all our Big Brother 21 recaps, videos, news, spoilers & more, right here!

Tonight's Big Brother episode begins now – Refresh Page often to get the most current updates!

Jessica has assured that one of the alpha males gets booted from the house, who will it be? Tonight we will see who is evicted. Jessica had her dream HOH and she won the Veto on top of it, she couldn't be happier. Jackson has decided not to campaign against Jack.

Jackson gets his punishment from the last Veto competition. For 24 hours, he is the Area 21 alien doctor on call. At any time of the day, he can be summoned to the yard to perform an alien autopsy. The 24 hours sucked for Jackson but made for some pretty funny TV.

Jack gets his punishment, an alien is in the house, named Big Al, and Jack has to do whatever he wants for the next 24 hours. Honestly, do not know how Jack kept his cool, the alien is so annoying, but Jack embraces it.

The alliance of six tries to mend fences. The six-shooters broke up, but Tommy would like to have them come back together. Jack says he made a flaw and he has to lay in his bed. Meanwhile, Jessica asks Jackson if he is going to campaign, he says no, he shook Jack's hand when he came in the house and doesn't plan on campaigning against him. Jackson joins the six-shooters and they all talk. Jack gets up and tells Jackson that he violated his trust and he is sorry and leaves the room.

Jack doesn't have a problem campaigning, he goes outside and asks Nick for his vote; he says yes and tells him to go get Cliff's vote and that will secure his place in the house. Jackson goes to speak to Cliff, he offers him a deal of eviction immunity, if he gives him his vote. Cliff knows it is a sweet deal, but does he want to dance with the devil?

Time for the live eviction, Jack and Jackson get to have some final words and pitch for votes. Jack decides just to say some nice things about everyone. Jackson decides to make a pitch for votes by telling everyone that he was true to himself.

Holly is up first, she votes to evict Jack, Analyse votes for Jackson, Christie votes for Jackson, Nicole votes for Jack, Cliff votes for Jack, Nick votes for Jack, Tommy votes for Jack, Kat votes for Jack. All of the votes are in. With a vote of six to two, Jack is evicted from the Big Brother house.

Jack sits in the hot seat with Julie. Jack says that looking back he should have trusted Jackson. His ride or die was Christie and Tommy, Jackson was a bromance. Julie confronts Jack on the ugly comments he made about Kemi; she shows him a video. Julie tells him that he called her a b**ch, dog poo, and he said he wanted to stomp a mudhole through her chest; he asks him his thoughts. Jack says that there was no personal vendetta, they were playful in a group of people and he apologizes to Kemi.

Furthermore, he wouldn't support the things that he said and he would take them back if he could. Julie says that another comment that he made that people found offensive was a comment about Bella; she plays the tape, he says rice pudding and Bella was Asian. Jack says they were talking about recipes early in the evening and rice pudding was one of them, it had nothing to do with Bella's ethnicity.

Time for the HOH competition, this one is called, "Time Me A River." With the help of a guide, one at time houseguests will enter a kayak, paddle down the rapids to the end of the finish line. The person closes to 9 seconds, whether over or under, will win HOH. Cliff is first, he does it in 9.70 seconds, Christie in 9.19, Tommy in 8.90, Nicole in 10.20, Jackson in 9.39, Kat in 11.29, Analyse in 9.14, Holly in 10.07, Nick in 9.82. Tommy is the new HOH.

THE END!
