  And so its now down to viewer votes  Why cant the wild card be the one young boy that was eliminated I really liked his singing.

America's Got Talent 2018: Which Acts Perform on Live Show 1? (Wildcard Spoiler)

America's Got Talent 2018 Live Shows kick off with the Quarterfinals on Tuesday (Aug 14). For the first time this season, America will get to vote for their favorite artist. On Wednesday at 8 pm (Aug 15), the results will be revealed. Only 7 acts will advance to the next round.
Check out the acts performing on Tuesday. Out of nine total Golden Buzzer acts, FOUR are performing in one night. Also, I cannot believe producers chose that stupid frat act, Human Fountains as a wildcard. In case your mind blanked on this particular act–Human Fountains are four guys who spit water at each other. They are just like a human Bellagio! The bro hijinks begin when they spit in each other's mouths. I mean–why bring back an act with talent? Amiright?
Amanda Mena and Courtney Hadwin skipped the judge cuts after receiving Golden Buzzer nods in the Audition round. In case you forgot–they are both kid singers. Amanda is a big voiced vocalist, while Courtney performs classic rock. (Courtney is way overrated in my opinion).  My favorite in this group is Shin Lim the sleight of hand magician who performed stunning card tricks in both the audition and Judge Cut rounds. 
Then there is the "Dunkin Save."  Viewers will vote for their favorite act among the  sixth, seventh and eighth place finishers. The highest vote getter moves on to the next round.  The judges save a second contestant. The third is eliminated.
I believe Courtney Hadwin, Flau'Jae, Shin Lim and Lord Nil are pretty good bets for the semifinals. What do you think?

  • Angel City Chorale – Community choir (Olivia Munn's Golden Buzzer)
  • Courtney Hadwin – 13-year-old singer (Howie Mandel's Golden Buzzer)

  • Human Fountains –  (Wild Card (!!!))
  • Junior New System –  Filipino dance troupe 
  • Lord Nil – Escape artist
  • Mochi – Diabolo artist
  • PAC Dance Team – Teen dance troupe
  • Shin Lim – Slight of hand magician
  • Vicki Barbolak – 60-year-old stand-up
  • We Three – Family band
