[Reality-TV-Fanatics] RE: Ronan

I think Ronan Farrow is Frank Sinatra's son. Nancy Sinatra says her dad had a vasectomy, yet she accepts Ronan like a brother anyway? We all know those vasectomies are not 100% all the time. Click on the link below and there is a picture of Frank and Ronan side by side. STUNNING.

(When Vanity Fair asked Sinatra's daughter about Ronan being treated as if he were a member of her family, Nancy Sinatra Jr told them: 'He is a big part of us, and we are blessed to have him in our lives.')

You're right. I don't really remember politics much with Johnny or Jack. Jay Leno was pretty mild too.

I hate the split and the fighting with politics. We are ONE NATION and we should always remember that.
I wish they would do away with the political parties.
I'm Independent, why can't we all just have an election without the Donkey and Elephant. Vote for the one you want, without having a huge split in our country.

Well, that is my two cents for the decade. LOL

While I donot watch late night shows I hope Jimmy Fallon stays true to his word. I think, in the end HE will win. I just assumed he was one of the later nighters that trash Trump./ .Wonder why it is Colbert Kimmel have such a following >? Are they all Trump haters? Sorry but I don't even think they are funny. I mean ok for a jab now and then  but night after night after night. ? What is wrong with people encouraging this behavior./

What are your thoughts for a late night show? I remember back with Johnny Carson hey even Jack Paar . maybe even Jay Leno. I just don't remember this much hatred.

Jimmy Fallon Says Making Fun Of Trump Is 'Just Not What I Do'

Todd Van Luling,HuffPost 4 hours ago

In the ratings battle between the late night hosts, Jimmy Fallon is currently in danger of slipping to third place behind Jimmy Kimmel. Fallon already lost claim to the top ratings spot to Stephen Colbert earlier this year, but now a once huge lead over the other Jimmy has evaporated to just a few hundred thousand viewers.

The dramatic downward trajectory is likely due to Fallon's decision to refrain from having hard-hitting segments about President Donald Trump's administration, while Colbert and Kimmel have had massive success doing just that.

Amid the ratings drop (and to promote Fallon's new children's book, Everything Is Mama), fellow NBC show "Sunday Today" will have Fallon on for an interview about "The Tonight Show" this weekend. As a teaser, "Today" released a segment of the interview where host Willie Geist asks Fallon why he isn't going after Trump.

"It's just not what I do," Fallon said in response. "I think it would be weird for me to start doing it now. I don't really even care that much about politics. I've got to be honest. I love pop culture more than I love politics. I'm just not that brain."

I love pop culture more than I love politics. I'm just not that brain. Jimmy Fallon

Critics have branded Fallon as being too soft for these times ever since he had Trump on as a guest back during the current president's candidacy. In that interview, Fallon infamously ruffled Trump's hair.

Geist asked if Fallon should pivot in the direction that other late night hosts have and start presenting a stronger reaction to this presidency.

"No, I mean, I think the other guys are doing it very well," Fallon said. "Colbert's doing great, I mean that's what he's good at. He's always into like a political comedy. I think when it's organic, I'll dip into it as well."

Fallon pointed out that he made "thousands of jokes" about Obama, but that the bleakness of Trump's presidency makes it hard for him to find the funny side.

"With Trump, it's just like every day's a new thing he gives uh, you know, a lot of material," Fallon said. "A lot of stuff is hard to even make a joke about because it's just too serious."

Harvey Weinstein accuser Rose McGowan claims attorney Lisa Bloom offered her $6million to publicly support the disgraced media mogul who she says raped her.
In an emotional statement posted to what appears to be her private Facebook account, the former Charmed star accused celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom of approaching her literary agent to try and influence McGowan to publicly support Weinstein.
Bloom had represented Weinstein before resigning on October 7 after the scandal broke.
McGowan, who was one of the first women to publicly allege that Weinstein had sexually assaulted her, revealed she did not sign a non-disclosure agreement after reaching a settlement with the media mogul for $100,000 after she claims he raped her at a hotel room in 1997 during the Sundance Film Festival.
'You know what is truth, Lisa? I feel like people should know that you've been calling my literary agent and saying there'd be money for me if I got on the "Harvey's Changed" bandwagon?' the actor wrote.
'You told her that I should care about HIS reputation. How HE has a family now and how HE has changed. Well, guess what? I've always had a family and that didn't stop him from assaulting me.'

'Lisa Bloom, I had to play the trickiest game of my life because your threats were all about trying to silence me NOW.'
'The scarlet letter is yours, and it's S for SHAME,' McGowan said.
McGowan also asked Bloom if she considered how representing Weinstein would affect women.
'Did you think of how it would affect victims to see you champion a rapist? How it felt to those you once "fought for", for them to know that you used them? You remember them right?' she asked.
'They were the victims of assaults, women you'd previously helped. You lied to those hurt women and hid your true character. You wanted a shortcut to fame,' McGowan continued.
After Bloom resigned from the Weinstein legal team, she has said it was a 'colossal mistake' to represent him.
'I can see that my just being associated with this was a mistake,' Bloom said to Buzzfeed News.
'All I can say is, from my perspective, I thought, 'Here is my chance to get to the root of the problem from the inside. I am usually on the outside throwing stones. Here is my chance to be in the inside and to get a guy to handle this thing in a different way'. I thought that would be a positive thing, but clearly it did not go over at all.'
Bloom agreed to advise Weinstein with his 'anger and bombastic workplace attitude' before the New York Times broke the story on October 6. She claims she was 'totally unaware' of the sexual harassment allegations.

  • 'I am not an actress…this may be something that they knew about, but I did not,' Bloom said. 'Before all this became public, there were plenty of people who thought he was a great guy. So we have to be careful about looking at things in hindsight. I think many people who worked with him did not know.'

She also represented Blac Chyna when she filed for a restraining order against ex Rob Karadashian after he posted revenge porn photos online.
Bloom prevented Mischa Barton's ex-boyfriend from distributing a sex tape, and also represented three women filing claims against disgraced former Fox News host Bill O'Reilly.
More than 30 women have now come forward with allegations of sexual harassment against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, the man once described as 'God' of the film industry.
