Today is January 1 2018. I wish you all much health and happiness.
I wish for world peace even though I know that won't happen.
I wish for uniting the USA  and I fear that isn't going to happen.
I wish for our country to focus more on taking care OF THOSE IN OUR COUNTRY,. We GIVE too much to other countries and they don't; appreciate it and just want more.
I wish for congress to work with each other and get Trumps staff finalized once and for all and to focus more on getting these bills through and stop the nit picking. TO me it sounds more like unruly children then alleged adults
I wish for cyber bullies to wake up and find they are just being childish when they spread untrue gossip around about others and try to destroy the life of others they bully. I have seen it happen a couple times and it is just not right. I have a friend on FB that gets bullied all the time and it has caused him several meltdowns. He is mentally ill and is blind . We finally realized that he has his page set to public as well as a couple groups he runs. We suggested to make them for friends only so hopefully this will help.

[Reality-TV-Fanatics] Trump says Amazon should pay 'MUCH MORE' to ship packages as he claims current deal makes web giant – and foe Jeff Bezos – richer while the Postal Service loses money

While I don't get service from Amazon I don't know ther shipping policy.
BUT if it costs me X dollars to send packages why should *I* be paying MORE THEN THEY DO? If they offer free shipping that's great but pay the full price or a fair price to ship USPS,UPS,FED EX et al.
I can understand the USPS losing money due to online bill payments etc where you don't have to mail in payments.
Even some send greeting cards Christmas cards and so on thru the internet.
People complain about the postage price going up but they also forget there are postal employees that need paid to deliver our mail in weather like this ( below zero in Nebraska )
I have heard many use Amazon and is cutting into the local shops that usually have a great sales time. They even sell food now from what I have heard. Whatever you want? You can get on Amazon.
So those of you with comments for or against please post them . I really would like to know if its wrong what Amazon is doing or not

Donald Trump opened up a new chapter in his running feud with Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos on Friday, saying the United States Postal Service should be charging the online shopping giant more for shipping.
'Why is the United States Post Office, which is losing many billions of dollars a year, while charging Amazon and others so little to deliver their packages, making Amazon richer and the Post Office dumber and poorer?' the president asked on Twitter.
'Should be charging MUCH MORE!'
Trump's jab at Amazon's bottom line is a continuation of his longstanding battle with Bezos, who also owns The Washington Post.
Just a friendly billionaire battle between rounds of golf: Donald Trump took a swipe at Amazon.com on Friday during his Palm Beach vacation

The president's jab at the web giant is an extension of his long feud with Jeff Bezos, the company's CEO – who also owns The Washington Post
The Post, one of the newspapers Trump most loves to hate, has drawn his ire since early in his presidnetial campaign for generating negative coverage of the Republican.
The USPS has posted losses for 11 straight years, largely on the basis of gigantic legacy pension and health care costs.
And while online shopping has led to growth in its package-delivery business, fewer Americans send letters via first-class mail every year.
Federal regulators moved recently to allow bigger jumps to stamp prices beyond the rate of inflation, which could eventually increase companies' shipping rates.
Amazon, on the other hand, has the markings of an unstoppable juggernaut – and one analysis shows that the Postal Service is giving it a free ride.
An April report from Citigroup found that the fast pace of change in the shipping business has left the USPS struggling to allocate its expenses correctly.

Although the USPS spends 25 per cent of its infrastructure costs dealing with package delivery, a bureaucratic bungle has resulted in the service only figuring in 5.5 per cent – giving shippers like Amazon the equivalent of a $1.46 subsidy on every package shipped
