Re: [Reality-TV-Fanatics] These 8 new fall TV shows are probably going to get...

I only watch Ten Days in The Valley, Valor and Marvel's Inhumans
I agree Ten Days in the Valley was a limited series but am disappointed in the story. It is poorly written.
I like Valor, but it is poorly written and without direction.
Marvel's Inhumans is simply awful. It never should have seen the light of day,
I only watch it to hear Isabelle Cornish (Crystal) say "Lockjaw."
I will not be sad to see the three go Bye-Bye

These 8 new fall TV shows are probably going to get canceled

Business Insider Fri, Nov 10 11:00 PM CST

It's that time of year. Not the holiday season, although that's coming up.
Right now, it's the time of year when we learn which freshman TV shows will survive, and which are destined to die.
This year the pickings were weak, which means only a few will survive. So we rounded up the shows with the highest risk of getting canceled. And you might be watching some of them.
If you're in love with one of the shows on this list, tune in while it's live on the air. Maybe you'll be the one to save it from cancellation!
Here the new fall TV shows that will probably get canceled:

8. "The Mayor" — ABC
Unfortunately, "The Mayor" debuted with mediocre ratings, which have gotten even worse since. A season two order is a long shot, but we're rooting for it, since it's an absolute delight, and one of the best new shows of the season.

7. "Ten Days in the Valley" — ABC
As a limited series, ABC probably wasn't planning on ordering a second season for this series anyway, but it's one of the lowest rated new shows, and struggled so much in its Sunday night time slot that it was moved to Saturday nights (aka TV wasteland). Not even the amazing Kyra Sedgwick can save this show from getting the ax, which is sad because she's very good in it.

6. "Kevin (Probably) Saves the World" — ABC
Kevin (Probably) Saves the World" didn't have good ratings from the start, and they have dropped since the premiere. Kevin (probably) won't be saving the world much longer.

5. "9JKL" — CBS
Although the comedy "9JKLhas picked up some solid ratings with "The Big Bang Theory" as its lead-in, it's one show audiences and critics can agree on, and they agree that it is bad.

4. "Valor" — The CW
With low ratings and little positive reception from critics and audiences, it's highly unlikely for this military drama on The CW to survive beyond season one.

3. "Marvel's Inhumans" — ABC
Inhumans" was always intended to be a miniseries, but it's pretty obvious that ABC wanted to expand this universe further. But the show is one of the lowest rated new shows of the season, and the brutal reception from critics and audiences won't save it.

2. "Wisdom of the Crowd" — CBS
The CBS drama had a decent opening, but numbers have dropped. And the growing number sexual harassment accusations against star Jeremy Piven could be a huge factor in the show's potential demise.

1. "Me, Myself & I" — CBS

CBS recently pulled the comedy starring "SNL" alum Bobby Moynihan from the schedule, and it will return at an unspecified later date. It won't be surprising if "Me, Myself & I" is the first new show of the fall TV season to go.

Re: [FunBBGroup] Survivor: HHH

Yeah I love Ben. I do like Lauren, but I'm not sure if I'm backing her for the win. I wouldn't mind seeing Ben win it though. Do not want to see Ryan or Chrissy win at this point. I like Devon and Dr. Mike also.

I haven't found it very entertaining so far. Maybe with the merge this week things will start to get interesting. From all the pre interviews it seemed Jeff Probst was really excited about this season so I hope it picks up. So far I like Lauren and the guy that was in the military the most. But that could change, its still early.

Karen

Are you guys liking this season of Survivor? I was pretty bummed about Ali getting voted out last week, I'm unhappy with Ryan at this point and not sure how I'm going to feel about him going into the episode tonight. I guess we'll see when I watch. The merge episode is always a good one. I'm anxious to see how they are going to group up and if any of their other allies will question him about voting her off or not. I'm hoping they will.

Top Music TV Exec Benny Medina Accused of Sexual Attack;I Could Not Fight Him Off Alleges Actor Jason Dottley
Music executive Benny Medina has been accused of attempting to rape Sordid Lives: The Series actor Jason Dottley.
In an article published by the Advocate Friday, Dottley, 36, claimed Medina — who has managed the careers of several A-list stars like Jennifer Lopez, Will Smith and Mariah Carey, as well as execute producing The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (which was based on his life) —allegedly tried to rape him at Medina's Los Angeles mansion in December 2008.
Medina's attorneys Howard Weitzman and Shawn Holley said in a statement to PEOPLE, "Benny Medina categorically denies the allegation of attempted rape."
The actor claimed Medina invited him and a friend, fellow actor T. Ashanti Mozelle, for a tour of the home, at which point Medina led Dottley to his bedroom and allegedly attacked him.
Mozelle, who had been swimming in Medina's pool, told the Advocate he walked into the bedroom and claimed he saw the music executive on top of Dottley.
"[Mozelle] burst in the room and [was] screaming something like, 'Get off him!'" Dottley told the publication. "Benny Medina got off of me and grabbed me again by the chest of my shirt and threw me at — not to, but at — his bedroom door and all he said was 'You two get the f— out of here.'"
Dottley told PEOPLE Friday he was left feeling "powerless" during and after the alleged attack.
"What I remember most about the encounter with Benny was the feeling of giving up," Dottley says. "The moment I realized that I could not fight him off, that I was slowly losing my ability to breathe because of his arm on my neck, that moment of complete and utter powerlessness, that's what I remember the most."
Speaking of the alleged incident, Dottley said Medina's change in demeanor was like "Jekyll and Hyde," and that he was scared of telling anyone of the incident, including his then-husband and playwright, Del Shore, whom Dottley claims the music exec threatened.
"You don't try to rape someone, then threaten to kill their husband via text message if you aren't incredibly fearless of what you're doing," Dottley says. "This could not have been his first time."
The actor told PEOPLE he found "strength in numbers" after Anthony Rapp came forward with his account of alleged sexual assault.
He adds that he has no regrets about coming forward with his story.
"[I feel] so incredibly empowered and hopeful that just like the ones before me gave me courage, I hope to help another victim come forward," he says.
