Re: [Reality-TV-Fanatics] Celebrity Big Brother episode 7 review: Was Shannon Elizabeth or James Maslow sent home?

On after dark,  Brandi said she decided to vote that way to give Shannon a sympathy vote.  She said it was a last minute decision. ..That she felt bad that everyone was going to vote her out and knew her vote would not change Shannon leaving.  Marissa, Ross, and Ariande was not happy with her not voting Shannon out.  I think they think Brandi voted that way in hopes that Shannon will vote for her at the finale.

At 1st I thought Brandi voted that way and was going to try to blame someone else (try to start drama) but that was not the case.

Celebrity Big Brother episode 7 review: Was Shannon Elizabeth or James Maslow sent home?

We figured going into Celebrity Big Brother episode 7 that we would be spending most of the article talking about the eviction of Shannon Elizabeth. However, one of the larger focuses to us was seeing the reaction by Ariadna Gutierrez to seeing the message from her father.
Has there ever been a more emotional moment like this in Big Brother history? It's hard to think so, especially in terms of what the reaction to it was from most of the contestants. Almost everyone got in there for a hug in what was absolutely a super-emotional moment. Some of the other reactions were almost memorable in their own right, including seeing Metta World Peace when he finally got to see his wife again. Seeing her again is one of the major things that is seeing motivating him at the moment.

Now, let's dive into the rest of the episode starting with this: It took a long time to get into the relevant stuff in this episode beyond the family videos — think an hour. It was around this point where we saw the Veto Competition, an amusing journey through black lights that contained a wide array of pretty funny moments. After all, there's nothing in Big Brother that is quite like watching people embarrass themselves with pea soup hitting them right in the face.
When we finally got to the eviction speeches, Mark McGrath took about three thousand hours to give an amusing and fairly charismatic speech. Meanwhile, Shannon chose to use some of her speech time in order to promote her cause of conservation. She was voted almost unanimously, with there being one rogue vote thrown in there by Brandi Glanville for good measure. (Why not?)

Shannon's interview after the fact was pretty great, including her admission that Ross Mathews tried to tell her about her backdoor plan week 2 before the eviction. That didn't sway her. She's got very little interest in voting for Ross to win at the moment, but she does love Metta! Doesn't everyone love Metta at this point? It's pretty hard not to.

Celebrity Big Brother Recap: Food Fight! Was the Right Housemate Evicted?

By /
Friday's Celebrity Big Brother was so bananas that a conversation about whether Omarosa has had sex with Donald Trump was barely even a footnote.
And we have none other than Brandi Glanville to thank for sullying our imaginations with that disturbing image. Following up on a rumor she heard about Trump sleeping with a contestant during his Apprentice days, Brandi asked Omarosa to set the record straight.
"Hell no!" Omarosa replied. "That's horrible." (I have to give credit to Brandi for asking the question, but maybe we should leave the sexual misconduct reporting to Ronan Farrow from now on.)
OK, back to the game: Upon realizing that nearly everyone in her original alliance had since turned on her, Shannon Elizabeth dissolved into a puddle of despair, announcing that she was "not going to fight" anymore. "I've been here too long," she said. "I'm exhausted, I'm done."
Shannon also had a few choice words for Omarosa, calling her a "liar" and warning the other housemates that siding with her will only lead to more trouble for them. Which made it especially surprising when Shannon pulled a complete 180 the next day, groveling at Omarosa's cloven hooves in order to get back in her good graces.
Much to the surprise of absolutely no one, Omarosa immediately proved herself to be a nightmare ally, telling James Maslow that he's on the chopping block purely to spread paranoia. (I guess she did learn a few things in the White House.) Naturally, James went to Ross Mathews and Marissa Jaret Winokur with that information, which they denied, leading to a brief confrontation between Omarosa and Marissa.
Then came tonight's veto competition, a twisted trek through a darkened restaurant-style obstacle course in which Omarosa and Ariadna Gutiérrez literally lost their pants. With an impressive score, it seemed like Shannon was going to be saved at the 11th hour yet again — until James was revealed to be the winner, forcing Head of House Ariadna to choose a new opponent for Shannon.
James' spot was (surprisingly?) given to Mark McGrath, at which point Shannon basically assumed she was going home. When the time came to plead their cases, Mark reminded his fellow celebrities who's been doing the dishes (him!), while Shannon chose to use her final words to raise awareness for her anti-poaching organization.
Ross, Marissa, Omarosa, James and Mark voted to evict Shannon, while Brandi casted the lone vote for Mark. #ByeShannon
Also worth discussing…
* We all owe Marissa a debt of gratitude for essentially choreographing James' little striptease. And she gets extra points for being completely shameless about it. ("I'm turned on. … I genuinely need to go home and be with my husband.")
* Seriously, though, which Apprentice contestant actually slept with Trump? Omarosa can't just say, "There's somebody I know who's sleeping around with everybody — and it's not me!" and not elaborate. I don't accept that.
* At least Omarosa gave us a little more dirt on her time in the White House, this time targeting Sean Spicer. She said that, while she respects him as a person, sitting in briefing meetings with him was a "special form of torture" because she always had to teach him how to pronounce everything.
Your thoughts on this week's eviction? The show in general? Whatever's on your mind, drop it in a comment below.

I'm glad that you're cancer free. Cancer runs on both sides of my family strong, it would be a long email to list all but my dad passed on January 10th, 2004 after a four year battle in which he had his left kidney and part of his lung removed, he was only 41 and I was 20. Then my grandmother on my dad's side passed on February 15th, 2007..she went fast within a two week period. Those are the two that hit me the hardest. My grandmother on my mom's side had breast cancer but I think she died of a broken heart, she passed almost exactly one year after my grandfather.

I found out I had breast cancer on Nov. 10, 2014 and had it removed on Dec. 10, 2014.
So I'm three years in and cancer free.
I must tell all you ladies, it started with a swollen gland under my arm. They found the tiny cyst on my yearly mammogram at 0.7 in size. Very early and totally removed. Only the size of an egg was removed and the surrounding area was cancer fee, so they got it all. They also removed my sentinel node, and it tested negative. So, I did not need chemo but I did have radiation. I'm one of the very lucky ones. It did not exit the breast and spread through my body. I'm not saying it won't come back elsewhere though, I never say never. I just pray and take my estrogen blocker daily.

'Celebrity Big Brother' Opens Fan Vote for Three Kinds of Veto Power
Friday, February 16, 2018
John Kubicek
Senior Writer, BuddyTV

America will get to vote to change the game on Celebrity Big Brother, but it's not a big change. Fan can now vote for what type of Power of Veto the HGs will play for live on Monday night.

The voting, which closes at 9am PT on Monday, February 19, offers three options for the fourth Power of Veto. YOU CAN VOTE HERE. They are:

Diamond Veto: The winner can save one of the nominees and choose the replacement nominee, usurping the HoH.

VIP Veto: This Power of Veto can be used once, twice or not at all. The winner can use it was a regular Power of Veto, wait for the HoH to name a replacement nominee, then choose to use it a second time.

Spotlight Veto: This is a regular Power of Veto that MUST be used. The winner can't choose not to use it, forcing them to save one of the two nominees.

No matter what, this could definitely spice things up. We won't know who won the Power of Veto because it will be played live on Monday, just before the live eviction. That also won't give the winner a lot of time to consider their options.

Which Veto would you like to see come into play on Monday night?=

Celebrity Big Brother airs Fridays, Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays at 8/7c on CBS. For more updates, like BuddyTV's Big Brother Facebook page.

[BigBrotherChatII] Celebrity Big Brother live feed spoilers: Brandi’s hinky-vote chaos (day 17, evening) SPOILER

Celebrity Big Brother live feed spoilers: Brandi's hinky-vote chaos (day 17, evening)

Brandi Glanville made a decision to cast a hinky vote late last night in the Celebrity Big Brother house and on the other side of that we're seeing one thing above all else: Chaos.
Whoever knew that a hinky vote would cause this many problems? We certainly didn't, but here we are. Brandi's decision to give Shannon Elizabeth a vote has made other people in the game ridiculous angry, as they feel like she went against the group decision. It means effectively that she can't be counted on and while some of them are being super dramatic about it we also do get it at the same time. You want to be able to trust the people that you're working with and, at least with this move, Brandi really isn't doing a good job cultivating that. She's even caused there to be some distrust with Ariadna, the one person who really had her back in the game.

So where does this leave Brandi? We've already noted that Omarosa is Head of Household and we're getting the sense from her that splitting up pairs is more important to her than anything else. She's worried about Brandi and Ariadna and then also Marissa and Ross. James and Mark are more or less a pair, but Omarosa realizes that James is a big target that she can hide behind for a little bit. The best move for her would be to split up Ross and Marissa given that they are the two with the most deals with almost everyone.
As for whether or not Omarosa does that, she's got time to figure it out and she's kind of a rogue agent without too many close allies. The person she probably gets along with the best is Metta World Peace, but we're not sure just how much she can rely on that.

Do you think that Brandi is in trouble within the Celebrity Big Brother game this week? Share below! Meanwhile, you can also like CarterMatt on Facebook to get some more news on the show.. (Photo: CBS.)
