Big Brother 21: Was Holly Allen or Tommy Bracco evicted?

Big Brother September 13, 2019

Holly AllenTonight's Big Brother 21 episode brought with it more intrigue than almost any other season. How could it not when you consider the circumstances? The live feeds were down for most of the day, so we had no real opportunity to know whether or not Holly Allen or Tommy Bracco would be evicted.

As a matter of fact, it was hard to even see for certain which way the vote was going to lean. There was a house meeting called right before the feeds went dark, and we didn't get to see any of it. There was a good chance that Jackson's game was going to be blown up, and there was also a chance that Jackson was going to be punished for using the Diary Room as strategy overnight. What happened here is that after overhearing Tommy have a conversation to Cliff and Nicole, Jackson then used Tommy's own words against him, acting like Tommy told him first. He also tried to use the Diary Room as evidence that Tommy told him something — which is technically against the rules.

At the start of tonight's episode, Julie claimed that there was still chaos going on in the house — exhausting, no? Too bad we haven't seen any of it today. It's still hard to figure out what Cliff and Nicole really want here. The show tonight did its job of including a lot of the stuff from overnight, including Jackson eavesdropping.

Are we upset that we didn't get to see the house meeting? Absolutely. In the end, though, Tommy was the one sent out of the game. He probably made a mistake talking about Christie; he was also just played hard by Jackson, who decided to make a really devious move in order to stick around. He lied and did whatever he could in order to sink his own game.

[BigBrotherChatII] Big Brother 21 live feed spoilers: Everyone knows about Tommy, Christie

Big Brother 21 live feed spoilers: Everyone knows about Tommy, Christie

Big Brother September 12, 2019

This afternoon in the Big Brother 21 house, the biggest secret of the game (at least at this point) was finally revealed by Tommy. Ironically, it happened not long before CBS viewers learned that Tommy had told the truth to Jackson and Holly.

So why did Tommy choose to go ahead and spill the beans to Cliff and Nicole? A part of this likely came from him not wanting Jackson and Holly to use this against him. He also claimed that he wanted everyone to be on a level playing field all together and now; that way, he can be aware of everything happening around him at virtually all times.

Cliff and Nicole were receptive to him and didn't seem to hold it against him at all for keeping the secret … though to be fair, Cliff's suspected something for a while. Earlier this season, someone shouted a suspicious message towards the backyard that Christie and Tommy knew each other … and that's something that could have derailed the whole season. Tommy admitted this afternoon to hearing that and being afraid it could have ruined everything in the game for him … but he persevered on past it.  Also, we don't think that production wanted this to become a huge part
of the season. With that, the megaphone part of the narrative was buried for as long as possible.

For now, we do think that the secret itself won't impact what Cliff and Nicole want to do — which, for now, involves them fighting to keep Tommy in the game for the week. Ultimately, Christie was already going to support Tommy no matter what. The only thing that we do know with certainty is that this proves that Tommy is capable of keeping of keeping secrets. That does prove that he could be a dangerous player down the line … but so is a showmance in Jackson and Holly.
