[BigBrother_Survivor] Celebrity Big Brother episode 7 review: Was Shannon Elizabeth or James Maslow sent home

Wonder what the reasoning was that Brandi cast the lone vote for James. Unless she knew Shannon would get all the other votes and she doesn't like James .
I wonder if they shouldnot have taken the opportunity to take Omarosa out.

Celebrity Big Brother episode 7 review: Was Shannon Elizabeth or James Maslow sent home?

We figured going into Celebrity Big Brother episode 7 that we would be spending most of the article talking about the eviction of Shannon Elizabeth. However, one of the larger focuses to us was seeing the reaction by Ariadna Gutierrez to seeing the message from her father.
Has there ever been a more emotional moment like this in Big Brother history? It's hard to think so, especially in terms of what the reaction to it was from most of the contestants. Almost everyone got in there for a hug in what was absolutely a super-emotional moment. Some of the other reactions were almost memorable in their own right, including seeing Metta World Peace when he finally got to see his wife again. Seeing her again is one of the major things that is seeing motivating him at the moment.

Now, let's dive into the rest of the episode starting with this: It took a long time to get into the relevant stuff in this episode beyond the family videos — think an hour. It was around this point where we saw the Veto Competition, an amusing journey through black lights that contained a wide array of pretty funny moments. After all, there's nothing in Big Brother that is quite like watching people embarrass themselves with pea soup hitting them right in the face.
When we finally got to the eviction speeches, Mark McGrath took about three thousand hours to give an amusing and fairly charismatic speech. Meanwhile, Shannon chose to use some of her speech time in order to promote her cause of conservation. She was voted almost unanimously, with there being one rogue vote thrown in there by Brandi Glanville for good measure. (Why not?)

Shannon's interview after the fact was pretty great, including her admission that Ross Mathews tried to tell her about her backdoor plan week 2 before the eviction. That didn't sway her. She's got very little interest in voting for Ross to win at the moment, but she does love Metta! Doesn't everyone love Metta at this point? It's pretty hard not to.

[Reality-TV-Fanatics] Fergie issues apology for botched NBA All-Star Game national anthem

Do you remember when Roseanne Barr sang the anthem years ago? Well actually I liked that better then this horrible horrible rendition. She had to have been under the influence of something . Surely she wouldn't have done this if she were not.
LOL I am posting this in a couple CRIME related groups IMO this is a CRIME

Fergie issues apology for botched NBA All-Star Game national anthem

Fergie's national anthem stole the show at the NBA All-Star Game, and not in a great way. The former Black Eyed Peas singer's sultry rendition drew bewilderment and amusement from players and fans.
A day later, even she conceded to TMZ her version didn't hit the right note.
"I've always been honored and proud to perform the national anthem and last night I wanted to try something special for the NBA. I'm a risk taker artistically, but clearly this rendition didn't strike the intended tone. I love this country and honestly tried my best."
This was not the first time Fergie came under criticism for singing the anthem at a sporting event:
Apparently, Fergie has been butchering anthems for years...

It's hard not to feel for the 42-year-old singer. She tried something different in front of a national TV audience. It didn't work. Maybe everyone can let it go now that the public shaming has resulted in her having to apologize for not singing "The Star-Spangled Banner" as well as people would have liked.

[Reality-TV-Fanatics] 'Celebrity Big Brother' Recap: A VIP Veto and Another Unexpected Eviction

only 6 days to go and another quitter. Altho with Keisha it is understandable . But this one? RIDICULOUS . Should not have accepted the call in the first place.

The finale of Celebrity Big Brother is less than a week away, but after tonight there are still seven HGs left in the game. To move on, the HGs must survive a Power of Veto twist and the fourth eviction, not to mention Omarosa's reign as HoH.

There are also plenty of Final 4 deals being exposed, proposed, broken and reformed. And then there's a shocking change that results in the same situation that happened last week with Keshia.

Final 4 Deals

Omarosa's wink to Marissa during the nomination ceremony makes Brandi question whether her alliance turned on her. Omarosa then accuses Ross of making Final 4 deals, which he denies. But Brandi just openly admits that she, Ariadna, Ross and Marissa have a Final 4 deal. Omarosa is definitely succeeding at causing problems in the alliance.

Later, Ariadna theorizes that Omarosa, Mark, James and Metta formed their own Final 4 deal because she saw Mark coming out of her HoH room. Damn, she has some amazing intuition. Marissa spreads this news to the rest of their alliance and tells Ross that Ariadna is the smartest person in the house.

During a fun game between the HGs, Brandi asks James point blank if he made a deal with Omarosa and Mark because she has no filter. He laughs it off, but definitely wants her out because she's been rude to him since Day 1.

The next morning, James and Mark decide that they want to take out Brandi without telling Omarosa. They propose yet another new Final 4 deal, this time with them, Ross and Marissa. Marissa does want to save Ross, but she doesn't want to turn against Ariadna so she asks James for time to think about it. She's noncommittal, hoping that the PoV twist can save her original group.

The Live Power of Veto with a Twist

Mark, Metta and Marissa were also picked to play. Julie Chen informs them that America voted for this to be the VIP Veto, which can be used up to twice.

The competition is a puzzle. It's very close between Ross and Omarosa at the end. Ross wins the VIP Veto.

Uh-oh, this changes a lot. He was Omarosa's target and this means he can save himself and also keep Marissa off the block (which wouldn't have happened if America chose the Spotlight Veto). Omarosa is now forced to nominate Ariadna or Mark, or break her deal with James and backdoor him. Or send Metta home.

Ross uses the VIP Veto to save himself.

Omarosa nominates Metta because he wants to leave.

Ross does NOT use the VIP Veto a second time.

Seriously? ANOTHER Monday night eviction that results in someone asking to be evicted, thus rendering the HoH unable to do what they want to do? This season has turned into a complete joke and whoever cast both Keshia and Metta needs to be fired immediately.

The Live Eviction

Metta says he was rooting for Shannon and this is an amazing show. Brandi thanks Metta for wanting to go home.

Ross votes to evict...Metta
James vote to evict...Metta
Mark votes to evict...Metta
Ariadna votes to evict...Metta
Marissa votes to evict...Metta

Metta World Peace is evicted 5-0!

Everyone cheers him on and loves him, which is just disgusting at this point. He's a quitter. He's funny, but like Keshia, he deserves absolutely no respect if you care about the game. It makes me even more angry that he tried to quit multiple times in the first week, but the producers didn't let him do it.

He leaves with his owl. He says he's an extreme competitor, but he couldn't go one more day without his family. He can justify it however he wants, but he's a quitter as far as I'm concerned, just like Keshia. He's rooting for Ross to win. But he also makes it clear he didn't understand the rules of the VIP Veto at all.

How do you feel about Metta essentially quitting?
