You know, if her husband has been a "good boy" since the 90s, and "reformed" or whatever you want to call it, do people generally think he deserves another chance? Harvey Weinstein and Bill Cosby, no way. If there's rape involved, no. We are taught to believe that people can become a "new and better person" when they've made mistakes. This has been ruining so many careers, who will be next? Some deserve it for sure. Don't know these people first hand, so who can say really what they are like now and if all these accusations really happened? How does one prove it so long after the fact?

She announced after Moonves was fired that she was taking a break to spend some time with her family.
Personally I don't think she'll be back on the talk and that this will be her last season of BB.

Well, Julie Chen was not on THE TALK today... it's a new season this week, so it makes me wonder if she quit, if she will ever be back, or what? I personally think she'd be dumb to ruin her career for a man... not that another network wouldn't hire her, but you never know. I didn't see the beginning of the show, so not sure why she was not there. I always figured the reason she got that gig on The Talk as because of her marriage to LM, but who knows? She's a good reporter/talker, without his backing. These shows (BB and The Talk) would be odd without her suddenly.

I don't thnk she can do what she did tonight and stay with CBS. They have to be upset at her today. You are right, it was an F U to CBS said ON CBS. That is not going to sit well at all.

I didn't realize it but then read afterwards that Julie Chen signed off today for the first time as Julie Chen Moonves. I don't know what to think of it.. First of all that seems like a big F U to CBS and then I know she wants to stand by her husband but he did some really horrible things. I also wonder if she's going to walk away from CBS or stay.
