Actually they could do that, she was about to have surgery when this season ended... but how can you have a show "Roseanne" without the star who the show was named for? I don't know if it would be as funny.

That's very true.
I've thought about that too, killing her off, it's been done before where they killed the main character off. But I bet the show wouldn't do as well. But they should try and just have the show without her.
