Amanda Stanton and Robby Hayes, whose romance surfaced prior to the premiere of Bachelor in Paradise season 4, have already parted ways.

"Robby and I are not together," Stanton confirmed to Us Weekly. "I'm not really sure how Robby's handled the situation."

"I wasn't interested in him at all and I was off limits to him because he's friends with Josh," added Stanton. "We just kind of talked a little bit during the break and we just kind of enjoyed talking to each other I think. And then we just started hanging out more and more and then it just started turning into something."

After filming Bachelor in Paradise, Stanton and Hayes maintained a relationship and were even spotted several times getting cozy in public.

"He was like, 'I want you to be my girlfriend. I haven't had a girlfriend in a long time. Let's just go full force.' I was like, 'Okay, I'm not interested in dating anybody else,'" Stanton told People in another interview. "I'm the kind of person, when I'm into someone, I put all my effort into that. So we tried it out, and I think we just have different ideas of what a relationship is like. Like, certain things that just come naturally in a relationship, like checking in with that person, answering when I call. There were photos of him with another girl. It became too much for me."

Interestingly, the season 4 finale preview of Bachelor in Paradise hints that Hayes may have cheated.

When news surfaced that Stanton and Hayes were dating, former Bachelor in Paradise contestants Vinny Ventiera and Daniel Maguire were skeptical about the relationship, claiming that they were faking it for fame and Instagram followers. However, Stanton insists the relationship was real.

"It definitely was a real relationship," Stanton said. "I don't know why Vinny would say that. He wasn't even in Paradise with us. We really did try in real life, or at least I tried, not sure how much effort Robby put into it. I really tried to make it work, and it didn't. If I were doing anything for Instagram followers, I probably would've faked a relationship, and that's not the case. I would never be able to do that."

In the end, Hayes' bachelor ways were too much for Stanton to handle.

"Robby was somebody who was doing all these sweet things for me and saying that he wants a family and a future, and then we get off the show and all he wanted to do is party and not call me," she said.

Stanton first competed for Ben Higgins on The Bachelor season 20 before getting engaged to Murray on the third season of Bachelor in Paradise. Hayes, on the other hand, was the runner-up for JoJo Fletcher on The Bachelorette season 12.
