I know. There's hardly a reason to sign on the website anymore since you can't even see posts on there so it's silly that they only have the message on there and didn't notify everyone or at the very least notify owners of groups so they can tell their groups.

You'd think Yahoo would notify us. Groups wasn't a moneymaker so it slowly got the ax.

I was going to point out the article you linked was from 2019. But this screenshot appears to show YahooGroups shutting down in 3 months. I must say, my only surprise is they kept it going this long.
