[FunBBGroup] Note regarding groups.io

 

Hi everyone. Just a quick note (and I'll send out more of this one over the next month, as people sign up for the groups.io email list), groups.io requires a Spam Control option to be set. The easiest one? All new users are moderated for 1 post. This means you reply to an email, or create a new topic and you won't see it immediately. A moderator/admin has to go in and approve it. But this is only for your first one only. Once that first one is approved, you are off moderated status.
