I've long viewed Josh as that socially awkward kid, who tries way too hard to get people to like him, and does things and goes along with things hoping he will finally be one of the cool kids, never realizing the kids he wants to hang with are actually bullies, and will never accept him in their group, and only keep him around as someone to do the icky stuff.

But how he treats others, and tells others to treat others, like all the attacks on Kevin? Completely unnecessary. Zero need for it. And that is why I went from just not liking him to almost hate.
