What happened Wednesday for this to happen?  He's at 8 today, so his rank increased one.  But that's quite the drop though.

Cliff took a big downward spiral on Jokers HG ratings. He's been second for a few weeks. Wednesday, dropped to 7th. Thursday, dropped to 9th.
