Tonight, the
Celebrity Big Brother 2 live feeds were technically still on, but they were far quieter than they've been as of late.
Earlier today, the nomination ceremony happened and in that, we learned that Kato Kaelin and Tom Green were officially put on the block. There was no shouting or fighting after the fact and everyone's been a little more civil — we don't want to say that they're all getting along, but there hasn't been as many shouting fights. It's been a fairly chill day, with people thinking more about the Veto.
Both Tom and Kato are going to do what they can in order to win the Veto, but we don't really think that Tom's heart is in the game anywhere near as much as it once was … which shouldn't really be much of a surprise to anyone, when you really think about it. He's a comedian, and most comedians get into that business because of a need of validation on some level or a desire to please others. It's probably hard being in a house where a lot of people don't want you there anymore. It doesn't seem like these two have any real hope of campaigning and definitely won't, since they are on the block with each other. Maybe that will be a little bit different if one of them ends up winning the Power of Veto.
Tonight, CBS did give the houseguests cupcakes with Patriots and Rams sprinkles on them, so they all know who played in the Super Bowl. Luckily, they were spared having to watch the game and/or that pretty terrible halftime show. They'll probably learn who won the game tomorrow — they'll likely beg Julie Chen for some sort of information on that very subject.
Basically, whoever advances is probably going to find themselves in a difficult spot once more — after all, the rest of the house is already conspiring to get another person out.
