On winning this season – "I feel amazing! It doesn't feel real. I am lost for words for sure."
On her family's support – "It was amazing. I didn't think my mom was going to make it. To see my parents in the audience, and not seeing them after 99 days, was a great feeling."
On being embraced by America – "It feels good, especially to make my family proud. Any way that I can [spread happiness around the world] is amazing."
On her competition run at the end – "I get so passionate, and even on the football field I often lose my voice. I'm so in the moment … I didn't throw any competitions. I didn't do really well with the true / false stuff. I didn't start playing Vetoes until day 46. I felt like my name wasn't in the bag. Towards the end, I felt like there were more of my competitions. I had a lot of fun."
On the strength of Level 6 – "I was very fortunate to link up with a strong alliance. Before the house, I didn't think there was any way to trust anyone. But having the vibes and the trust within Level 6 was unreal. I would not be here today were it not for them."
On her choice to take Tyler – "[There was no part of her that wanted to take JC.] Tyler and I made a final two deal from the beginning and I was going to stick to that. Unless he did something funny, I was going to stick to that. Nothing was going to steer me away from that."
