Possibly Scotty. It's really iffy. But then he would still need 1 more and I don't see where he would get it. I believe Baileigh and Rockstar are sure votes for KC. I think Sam and Brett are probable votes for KC. The only way I think Tyler could get the fifth vote is if KC is the one to win part 3 and she's the one to kick JC out, he might vote for Tyler. But if it comes out that he was playing JC the whole game and that he was really part of an alliance, JC is going to feel very betrayed and it'll be fresh and he won't have time to not be mad because he'll be coming out of the house and finding out and then voting right away. In that case I don't think he'll vote for Tyler. I think Tyler has a chance to win but KC has a better chance.
