DWTS 27 Premiere Part 2 Live Blog and Performance Videos

Happy Tuesday Dancing Fans!
Welcome to the season twenty-seven premiere PART 2 of Dancing with the Stars. Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews return as hosts, while Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman, and Bruno Tonioli return as judges.
Check out all the song and dance style spoilers HERE. Tonight, ONE couple will be eliminated. AND the Dancing with the Stars Jr. cast will be revealed before performing in a group number. That show has been pre-taped. Check out all the Jrs cast spoilers HERE. Jrs, premieres Sunday, October 7th.
Each couple will dance again tonight in the same style. There will be live voting on abc.com, so get ready!
The show opener tonight is "The Greatest Show" from The Greatest Showman, choreographed by none other than Mandy Moore.

Only the six couples who are in jeopardy will dance tonight for more votes.
Joe and Jenna- SAFE
Nancy and Val- IN JEOPARDY
DeMarcus and Lindsay- SAFE
Tinashe and Brandon- SAFE
Junior pros are now dancing. Check out the cast lists above. They seem like they are going to put on a great show! Cast will be announced later.

The couples in jeopardy are dancing tonight to gain more votes to stay in the competition. Make sure you vote live.
The judges picked Lindsay and DeMarcus' cha-cha to see again. (They are safe.)
The Juniors cast is being announced, some include Honey Boo Boo, Miles Brown, Mackenzie Ziegler, Trip Palin, and Jason Maybaum.

The pros and mentors are now dancing tho DNCE's "Dance."

John and Emma are safe and do not have to dance tonight.
Leading off the night are Mary Lou and Sasha with a cha-cha. – Mary Lou is really stepping up.  What a difference from last night already!
Len thought it was clean and the timing was good. Bruno said that's how you deliver under pressure. CAI said she nailed it.
Scores:  CAI: 7   Len: 7    Bruno: 7   with a total of 21 out of 30. 

Their scores are being combined with last night's scores and the votes
Dancing second are Danelle and Artem with a Foxtrot. – Kudos to Artem. This is so hard and he is making the best of it. Danelle is so talented and inspires a lot of people.
Bruno said it was lovely. She had a slight incident in her footwork. CAI said last night she inspired but tonight she impressed. She danced with more gusto and confidence. Len said she is the greatest challenge out of the celebrities but is so inspirational.
Scores: CAI: 6 Len: 6 Bruno: 6 with a total 18 out of 30.

Next up are Nikki and Gleb with a Salsa – Well, at least she is having fun out there… she is still a little stiff but may improve if she survives the night.
CAI thinks she felt more at ease and needs to pay more attention to her arms. Len says she improved from last night. She controlled the dance. Bruno said it was fun, frisky, and flirty, but she needs to work on her hip action. Work on continuous flow.
Scores: CAI: 6   Len:    6  Bruno: 6, 18 out of 30– an improvement from last night.

Alexis and Alan are dancing a Jive – I don't understand how she is in jeopardy. For week 1, Alexis is rocking it.
Len agrees. He says if they don't come back he is going to show his bum in the supermarket. Bruno says her performance was clean, strong, and fantastic. CAI is more impressed with their routine tonight. Great lines.
Scores: CAI: 7 Len: 8 Bruno: 8 – 23 out of 30 

Last for tonight are Nancy and Val dancing a Quickstep – Nancy was better than last night but can definitely improve.
Bruno said she managed to keep body contact and she was less tense. CAI said QS is one of the harder dances to do. She was sparkly and confident. Len said there was a lot of gapping last night and they fixed that, bringing up body contact again.

Mackenzie Ziegler is performing her song, 'Wonderful" while the Junior pros are dancing.
Final Results:
Danelle and Artem and Alexis and Alan and Marylou and Sasha are SAFE!
Nancy and Val and Nikki and Gleb are bottom 2.
The couple leaving tonight is Nikki and Gleb.
We will miss them in the ballroom but wish them all the best. The first elimination is always the toughest.

Don't forget next week is also a 2-night event. Monday will be New York night and Tuesday is Las Vegas.
