The Big Brother 20 live feeds have been crazy most of the afternoon, and for many different reasons. You had Sam confessing her feelings for Brett / engaging in a really uncomfortable conversation with him, Scottie making a last-ditch appeal to Faysal vote some votes, and a lot of conspiracy theorists online claiming that production delayed the nomination ceremony so that Scottie would be the last person to speak with him.
(For those wondering, this is usually the time in which the nomination ceremony happens — it just feels like it's late because the hacker comp pushed it earlier the past couple of weeks.)

Earlier today, it felt clear that Faysal was going to nominate both Scottie and Brett for eviction, but after that conversation we wondered if Tyler or even Sam was going to be in play.

Did that happen? Well … nope. Faysal still nominated Scottie and Brett for eviction, making him quite possibly one of the most clueless players in a rather long time and reminding us that sometimes, we really can't have nice things in the game. The Hive continues to do what The Hive does, and that is shoot itself in the foot repeatedly.
Now, Scottie or Haleigh have to win Veto in order to ensure something is different insofar as nominations go, and there's no guarantee that Haleigh even gets drawn to play. Maybe you can change Fessy's mind if he wins it, but that's the only other hope. Unless Brett wins Veto, we're not sure that anyone is going to take him down, mostly because there's no way he leaves the game if he remains up on the block against Scottie come Thursday night.
