There are a couple of interesting things to talk about in this afternoon's
Big Brother 20 update for day 68, but let's kick things off here with the Veto Ceremony results.
For those wondering (not that it can really be considered a surprise in the slightest) we saw Kaycee decide today to not use the Veto. With that in mind, Haleigh and Faysal are still on the block and one of them is leaving the game on Thursday night … even if it is temporary. The plan to get rid of Fessy hasn't changed and we have a hard time thinking that it's really going to change over the next few weeks – even though we feel that Haleigh is the bigger target since she has three locked jury votes at the moment.
Yet, this afternoon was still host to yet another fight between the showmance, mostly because he accused her of caring more about the game than about him. How dare she actually try to play the game! Fessy comes across in the game as someone who is much too transfixed on a relationship that may or may not be there than someone who understands that he was put in this house to play a game and win money.
He and everyone else in the game are starting to get attune to the fact that there is probably going to be a Battle Back Competition coming up, as the backyard is going to be closing soon! That suggests that there is going to be a far-longer-than-usual competition build, which in turn means that production is planning something big. Our feeling is that it's going to be a HoH / Battle Back hybrid competition, kind of like the one where people have to grab various balls out of the air while continuing to stay on their platform.
