It's the moment we have all been waiting for, the season finale of Hell's Kitchen: All-Stars. Will it be Michelle, Benjamin or Nick? All three have proven themselves to be strong chefs and even stronger competitors, having fought their ways through the commotion of drama that fans have seen throughout the season. Yet only one will continue that fight to the top as Head Chef at Hell's Kitchen at Caesar's Palace Las Vegas.

The finalists retreat to the dorms where they find a sous vide machine and champagne to celebrate. The celebration doesn't last for long, though, as they are quickly called back to the dining room.

Five Dishes to the Finals

They line up before Chef Ramsay where he explains that they will need to prepare five dishes with the help of the resident sous chefs and friend. Michelle will be cooking with Jocky, Nick with Christina, and Benjamin with Keisha, a friend of Chef Ramsay's. The teams deliberate over their five-course menus and wake up early the next morning for work. All goes well except for one snag with Nick's beurre blanc sauce. Fortunately, he bounces back from the broken sauce in just enough time to plate.

Chef Ramsay, no joke, raved about each of the 15 dishes brought up by the finalists. The decision is such a tough one that he calls the sous chefs up to his office for further deliberation. It's proven here that the top chefs fought their way through the commotion of the season to make it here to the final rounds. Two all-stars will move on to the final stretch while one will be sent home.

SIKE!

They all advance to the finals. It was that much of a deadlock.

Michelle, Nick and Benjamin enjoy a day of wine, fun and relaxation at the Calamigos Ranch in Malibu. The ranch is also hosting the seventh annual California Culinary Association awards (Is this really a thing?) where the finalists accompany Chef Ramsay to the ceremony. He presents the awards for Best Newcomer and announces the finalists. Something fishy is going on here. Yep, there is no such thing as the CCAs and this is just the beginning of their next challenge.

Surprise! It's Another Challenge

In 60 minutes, Michelle, Nick and Benjamin must perfect the five dishes they presented earlier that day. So, the chefs get right to it with a room full of people chanting their names, cheering them on. Even though Chef Ramsay raved about the dishes previously, the contestants take the opportunity to improve upon the dishes with the notes given to them.

To help judge the dishes are five big wigs of the management team at Caesar's Palace Las Vegas, the very team of people the winner of this competition will be working with. The deadlock continues as the dishes are all scored in the same ballpark and the trio are in and out of three-way ties. In the end, two and only two, will move on to the next round.

Moving On to the Finale Are...

...Michelle and Benjamin. This means Nick, although a worthy opponent all season long, will be going home. Well, he'll go home after joining the brigade that will help one of these two finalists to an overall win. How horrible? Not only did Nick just lose, now he has to immediately take his place in a line of the returning past chefs. One by one, the finalists choose their teams. The question on everyone's minds is "Who will pick Elise?"

Michelle chooses Nick, Dana and Milly while Benjamin picks Jennifer, Van and Robyn. Elise and Barbie are the last two all-stars to be chosen. Michelle describes it as being stuck between a rock and a hard place. In the end, she chooses Elise, leaving Barbie to work with Benjamin. This is already a problem as Elise tells the audience that she would have rather been on Benjamin's team and given 250 percent of her efforts. Michelle has her work cut out for her.

Each team goes to the dorms to discuss the menus and each person's tasks and stations. Benjamin is having a smooth go of things, but Michelle is already seeing the Elise we all love to hate. She doesn't want to be there, so she's letting it be known with an eye roll and combative personality. Dana is convinced Michelle will need a plan B during dinner service.

The Elise Show

So "The Elise Show" is now in full swing as the teams prepare for dinner service. For a moment, I could side with her, seeing her get her station in order while Michelle asks over and over again if she's doing just that. She singles her out and makes an example out of her, so to speak, which in turn provokes Elise to act out. Oh, and act out she does. Nick turns to her and tells her to "shut up." This makes things worse. She even goes far enough to take off her rubber gloves and toss them at Dana's face. Dana questions her and her response is, "Don't act like you've never had rubber in your face before." The line has been crossed. Milly finds it hilarious, which it is mildly amusing, but very unnecessary.

Chef Ramsay later pulls Michelle and Benjamin away from the chaos and takes them into his office where their families await them. They look on as they receive the finalist's white jacket. This is it! Benjamin rejoins the Blue Team while Michelle gets back to the Red Team. Let us all collectively hope that Elise only gives enough lip to make this an interesting finale and doesn't truly sabotage anything.

Finale Showdown

After so much attention being put on Elise, oddly enough, Dana is the one who slows things down as she has no clue what to do with the Hamachi appetizer. Michelle has to take the time to show her how to plate something and it slows down a ticket. Meanwhile, Benjamin's Blue Team is a well-oiled machine, besides the fact that Barbie has only worked hot apps once before and is needing a bit of coaxing at this moment.

Lamorne Morris of New Girl is in the dining room during this service and sends a Red Team risotto back. He didn't appreciate the broth in the dish. It was actually made to perfection, but the customer is always right. Michelle explains it to Elise that it was not her fault but asks for her to refire the risotto. No fight ensues. Good job, Michelle. Unfortunately, the well-oiled machine of the Blue Team is beginning to wobble as raw fish has found its way to the pass thanks to Jennifer. They quickly bounce back as Benjamin gets control of the kitchen just for Robyn to do the same thing with her meat station.

The Red Team isn't seeing any less excitement as Nick tries to help call out tickets and calls out too many, confusing the team with a "nine top," nine entrees at one time. Ramsay steps in to clean up the mess. On the Blue Team, Robyn is still sending up raw meat and is now accused of sabotaging. Her emotions begin to get the better of her as she enters a shouting match with Ramsay and quickly decides not to continue down that rabbit hole. Benjamin steps in to set her on the right path.

Robyn finally nails the beef on the third try, but now the lamb is raw. She's not even on the chopping block and the pressure is getting to her. She tosses the lamb into an already hot pan that the beef just came out of, a horrible, horrible decision. Ramsay and Benjamin walk Robyn out of the kitchen and into the dining room where they question her one more time about what she's just done then Ramsay orders her to "get out." She's kicked out, but she doesn't stay out for long. She begs Benjamin to let her finish out the night and he allows for it.

It's the end of the night and the final decision is just around the corner. Neither finalist went without their problematic moments during dinner service, but who will have pushed through it all to walk through that door and into their new life as Head Chef of Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas?

The winner of Hell's Kitchen: All-Stars is... Michelle!

Everyone is full of emotion as Michelle descends the staircase to celebrate with her family and former fellow contestants. Even Elise sheds a few tears. Perhaps Elise should just have her own drama-filled reality show.
