Re: [FunBBGroup] Big Brother 19 finale: Did Paul Abrahamian or Josh Martinez win?

I Think Paul's biggest mistake was his braggy good bye messages.  According him he did everything,

and didn't say anything calmly, and without his "me,me,me,messages to the jury.  He could have been nice,
and talked gently, and admitted what he had done, he might have won it tonight.

I thought he should've taken Christmas too.  I think he would've beat her for sure but I did think Paul was going to win.  Guess it was fine him taking Paul.  I kind of think Paul would've won against Christmas but now i'm not so sure and the choice ended up not  being his which was also a big surprise to me.  It showed he really didn't know the jury as well as he thought he did.  Actually just about all his predictions were wrong throughout this season.  He kept telling them what he thought was coming up and it always was wrong and then he told Josh and Christmas they both would be AFP and no way Kevin or Cody would.  And he was completely wrong.

Big Brother 19 finale: Did Paul Abrahamian or Josh Martinez win?

September 21, 2017
Tonight, CBS aired a Big Brother 19 finale that was set to include many things: The final Head of Household Competition, drama, the return of Dr. Will Kirby for the jury round-table, speeches, catching up with the pre-jury boots, and a wide array of other stuff over the two hours. It's a longer finale than in past seasons, but that's fine by us given that there is so much content to get through over the course of the run time.
We're going to fill in some of the finer details later about the episode and the season as a whole, but for now, we wanted to create a post announcing the winner and also sharing the initial reaction.

Even before the episode aired, we knew that we were going to be getting to see a showdown between Paul Abrahamian and Josh Martinez in the final two. Both said that they were planning to take each other to the end of the game, and there was no reason to think that they were going to drift from that during the show. We did think that this was a mistake for Josh at the time to think that way!
In the end, it felt like (at least to us) that if Paul made it to the final two, he was going to win … That should have happened. Instead, Josh won and we're questioning everything. We will have more soon, but … Wow.
