  I guess when you are filthy rich you live a filthy rich lifestyle. His ex gets $167 K a MONTH in support and she wants much more . Did he not be truthful about his assets? probably not but it amazes me these disgruntled exes of wealthy people just think only of the money. I xan understand if it was a normal couple divorce and she gets $600 a month in support for her children. . They can live decent on that amount plus their wage. But these stars that feel they have to live a wealthy lifestyle they do it for themselves and not for the children. Good grief $167K a month? She could cut back on many things I bet.

And it sounds like his mistress was just angry probably because he dumped her. Wonder what is in it for her? oh well such is the life of the rich and famous.

Life & Style has obtained exclusive court documents that reveal Shark Tank star Robert Herjavec is being dragged back to court by his ex-wife Diane Plese, who has teamed up with his former alleged mistress, Danielle Vasinova, to amend their financial settlement. In the letter exclusively obtained by Life & Style and dated Sept. 8, 2015, Danielle writes to Diane to say that Robert, whose net worth is reportedly around $200M, "bragged" about having his company valued at half of what it was actually worth to keep Diane from getting what she was owed.

"Robert bragged about the fact that he had gotten a 'false appraisal' for his business at $50,000,000, when in fact he told me it was worth at least twice this amount," Danielle writes in her letter to Diane."He was very smug about this and I feel I have to tell you because I can only imagine how I would feel if this happened to me."

Danielle goes on to say, "This was all in order to avoid paying you what you were rightfully owed in your divorce settlement. I hope this bit of information helps you and your children get what is rightfully yours." The letter had explosive consequences. The exes were supposed to divide their assets equally, so Diane, who currently receives $167,000 a month in spousal and child support, now believes she deserves a larger divorce settlement. In an affidavit, Robert vehemently denies Danielle's allegations. In a twist, though, Robert alleges that Diane actually owes him money

In another official affidavit, Diane states she believes Danielle's accusations to be true. It also reveals Danielle will be taking the stand to testify against Robert. When Life & Style asked Robert, 55, about his divorce in March 2015, he downplayed any drama. "It was a long time ago," he said. "It was like 10 months ago." Robert is now married to former DWTS pro-dancer Kym Johnson.
