A New Bachelor Special Is Coming in June—Here's What You Need to Know
UPDATE: May 21, 2020, at 3:30 p.m. ET— We finally have some news about who's joining The Bachelor: The Most Unforgettable—Ever, which is now being referred to as The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons–Ever!, according to a new statement from ABC.
Chris Harrison will use the June 8 premiere to reintroduce the world to Bachelor Sean Lowe. Here's the current lineup for the first three episodes (there will be 10 total):
Monday, June 8 (8–11 p.m. ET)—Sean Lowe (The Bachelor,
season 17, 2013)Monday, June 15 (8–11 p.m. ET)—Kaitlyn Bristowe (The Bachelorette, season 11, 2015)
Monday, June 22 (8–11 p.m. ET)—Ben Higgins (The Bachelor, season 20, 2016)
Here's a first look:
Fun fact: Sean and Bachelor contestant Lesley broke the Guinness World Record for the longest onscreen kiss. He ended up proposing to Catherine Giudici, who he's been married to since 2014. They share three children, which I guess means this show can actually work sometimes.

Considering all the drama currently going on in Bachelor Nation—between Peter Weber and Kelley Flanagan getting together, Peter fighting with Madison Prewett online, and Clare Crawley facing backlash over a shady tweet—it's hard to believe the actual show hasn't been on in months.
But alas, it's officially been almost three months since Pilot Pete's season came to an awkward end, and due to the coronavirus pandemic, we don't know when we'll be seeing a new season of Bachelor in Paradise or Crawley's Bachelorette journey. Sure, we have the new musical dating show, Listen to Your Heart, but it's just not the same.
But thankfully, The Bachelor is coming through with a new 10-episode event. On Monday, June 8, The Bachelor: The Most Unforgettable—Ever will debut, showcasing the "most dramatic" moments in Bachelor Nation's 18-year history.
"Each Monday, directly from the Bachelor mansion, Chris Harrison will reach into the vault and bring back one of his favorite seasons, highlighting some of the most devastating rose ceremonies, passionate proposals, unexpected new arrivals, dramatic meltdowns, biggest breakups, and, of course, the most romantic moments," the ABC media relations team wrote in a statement. "Weekly retrospectives will also include virtual catchups with fan-favorite Bachelor alumni, checking on the latest in their lives after their final rose."
No word yet on which contestants will be Zooming in, but I'm personally hoping for some updates from a few people (cough, Hannah Brown and Tyler Cameron, cough).
"The Bachelor: The Most Unforgettable–Ever! is a love letter to our fans who have been with us through some of the most heartwarming, heartbreaking, and unexpected moments throughout Bachelor history," president of ABC Entertainment Karey Burke said in the statement. "We can't wait for Bachelor Nation to fall in love all over again as we take this wild journey down memory lane."
The first two-hour episode of The Bachelor: The Most Unforgettable–Ever! airs Monday, June 8, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
