I know her as Kevin's mom on Wonder Years in the '80s. After they married she also played Dr. Quinn's sister on that show.

The Bold and The Beautiful Spoilers: Tragic News – Orson Bean, Husband of B&B Alley Mills Has Died
There is sad news to report in the soap world today, Orson Bean, the husband of The Bold and the Beautiful actress Alley Mills has died. According to a report from TMZ, the actor/comedian was killed in February 7 in Venice, California after being hit by two vehicles
According to multiple reports, Bean reportedly was crossing the street when he was first clipped by one car and then struck by another. Bean died at the scene and the drivers of the vehicles remained at the location following the incident. The Los Angeles County coroner's office confirmed Bean's death, stating it is being investigated as a "traffic-related" fatality.
Bean and Mills had been married 27 years, and he is survived by four children.
The Vermont native was born in 1928 as Dallas Frederick Burrows, and later said he changed his name to Orson Bean, "because it sounded funny."
His show business career was launched in small clubs and he later went on to games shows such as, "To Tell the Truth," as well as appear on, "The Tonight Show" over 200 times. Bean starred on Broadway in George Axelrod's 1955 Hollywood play, "Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter?" with legendary stars Jayne Mansfield and Walter Matthau. He also appeared on Broadway with Maureen O'Sullivan, mother of Mia Farrow, in, "Never Too Late."
Modern-day fans will remember Bean from the 1990s drama, "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman," in which he played shopkeeper Loren Bray. More recently the veteran actor appeared on, "Modern Family," "Desperate Housewives," and "How I Met Your Mother."
Bean's accomplishments stretched beyond the world of acting, however. In 1964 he opened a school in Manhattan based on the philosophy of Summerhill, a progressive British school which was established by A.S. Neill. He also released his memoir titled, "Too Much Is Not Enough."
Bean was a familiar presence at the Pacific Resident Theater Ensemble in Venice, where he appeared with his wife, Alley Mills, who stars as Pam on the CBS daytime drama, "The Bold and the Beautiful
