I don't know why they think Nick is more of a threat than the pair of Holly & Jackson or Christy & Tommy. Dumb... but like you say, not enough votes, and I guess Cliff & Nicole made that alliance with Jackson/Holly... But what makes Cliff/Nicole think they can beat Jackson/Holly in a HOH comp when it gets to the 4 of them.. Cliff, unless you get lucky with a question comp that you can win, instead of a physical one which Jackson is sure to win, then how do you think you can win with any of them still in the game... they need Jess for their numbers. I shake my head every year over dumb mistakes like this!

They had no choice. Nicole wanted Nick to stay but Holly and Jackson were dead set on getting rid of Nick. Jess would never keep Nick over christie. Even Cliff wanted Nick gone so Nicole would be more loyal to him and Nick wouldn't be there anymore but even if he wanted to keep Nick it would've just been him and Nicole and that wasn't enough votes. Tommy certainly wasn't getting rid of Christie (because of their knowing each other before game..which i find so unfair) so there was no way to save Nick. Even this week Cliff and Nicole would rather Christie leave than Jess but they don't have the votes and Jackson is dead set on getting rid of Jess because he has a final 4 with Nicole/Cliff and has sort of one with Christie/Tommy so he thinks both of them would go after each other and jackson and holly would be in the middle safe.

I know, they sure don't, but usually a Q&A fast comp so Cliff, Jess, or Nicole could win that HOH, if they are still in the house! They were so dumb to vote out Nick. Christy slightly more of a threat because of her union with Tommy.
