First ttwist is 4 returnees.

The twist to keep the returnees around longer is that when you get voted off you can have the choice to go to extinstion island instead of leaving the game. Suposedly EE is going to be a very tough place and people can quit at any time. If you don't quit then there will be a comp for one person to reenter the game at the merge and another opportuity to come from EE back into the game toward the end.

So basically come the finale, all 18 players could potentially still be in the game and have a shot to win.

It is clear it is designed to keep the returnees around and like I said I hope it blows up in their face.

This is "ghost time" redemption island, etc. on steroids and I hated those but at least in those somebody still left each week. Here everybody could still have a chance to win until the very end.
