Ok the cast is in seclusion and does not know what is going on in the world. So the highlight of the whole show IMO was what the evicted one said to Julie
.
Tonight, the latest
Celebrity Big Brother 2 episode featured an eviction, a Power of Veto Competition, and a whole lot more. We were also insanely curious as to precisely how much of the past few days were going to even be featured on the show, given that things got really ugly at one point.
We won't spend too much time on the competitions, given that this is something that is pretty straightforward. The night began with Kandi Burruss and Joey Lawrence on the block, and it ended with that, as well. Natalie Eva Marie won the Veto Competition and she opted to keep nominations the same on the other side of it. She saw no real merit in getting rid of Ricky Williams, which was the plan of Tom Green entering the week. Tom underestimated the closeness of the bond that Natalie and Lolo Jones had with him, and that is his biggest mistake this week. He didn't properly gauge where their feelings were.
Natalie and Lolo didn't talk to Tom all day about the Veto, which was a red flag to him all day that something was a little bit amiss. The tension that was there between some of the one-time allies escalated quickly after the Veto Meeting, really to the point where no one was even talking by the start of the weekend. It's been a rough, weird few days in the game and the big takeaway is that the alliance formally called Team Fun is really no more.
The vote For those unaware, the vote tonight really came down to Tamar Braxton, who had the ability to decide whether or not Kandi was staying in the game. Based on the fact that the votes were all to evict Joey before the first commercial, it was clear the plan changed. It was unanimous, and Joey was evicted. Apparently, nobody wanted to make an enemy out of Kandi by voting to evict her in the end. Tamar likely told everyone her vote after the live feeds went down.
Credit to Joey for his interview with Julie — while he barely let her ask any questions, his impression of Lolo in the house was surprisingly accurate. He also somehow managed to predict the Super Bowl. Where was this Joey in the house?
