. On tonight's The Bachelor season 23 episode 3 as per the ABC synopsis, "Eight women arrive at the arena that showcases the swashbuckling show "Pirates Dinner Adventure." Capt. Colton greets them in full pirate regalia and introduces them to the professional performers, who dress the ladies appropriately from head to toe and then supports them through a challenging pirate tutorial.

But it is nothing compared to Caelynn and Tracy competing for the position of Colton's "first soul mate,"] as the cheering crowd urges them on."

Tonight's The Bachelor recap begins now

Chris meets the girls and asks about the past week, they agree there were lows and highs. Chris advises them all to take advantage of the time they have with Colton. This week there are three dates, two group dates, and one amazing romantic one-on-one date. Chris leaves the first date card, it is for Katie, Heather, Hannah B., Courtney, Kirpa, Tracy, Demi, and Caelynn, and the card reads, "looking for life's greatest treasure."

The ladies are taken into a dinner theatre and Colton is on a huge pirate ship, dressed as a pirate; he calls the women down. The ladies are going to train to be pirates and at the end, two will be chosen to fight for Captain Colton's heart. The women have to first go get changed in their costumes. The women have to stand on a balance beam and are given a huge bar with sponge ends that they can use to knock the other one off the beam. The winners are Tracy and Caelynn, the rest get to watch from the poop deck. Caelynn saves Colton and he seals it with a kiss.

It's the end of the day, the ladies dress up and meet Colton for a drink. Courtney is the first to spend alone time with Colton, they laugh and hug. Meanwhile, Demi is talking about what "type" of lady Colton is looking for and starts to get into an argument with Tracy. The group date is really intense because everyone is vying for his attention. Demi interrupts one of the ladies and moves in on Colton, crazy enough, he doesn't seem impressed. Demi blindfolds Colton and spanks him, she thinks he appreciates how she is playing with him.

Back at the house, another date card arrives, it is for Elyse, she got the one-on-one date, it reads, "love is in the air." Cassie is sad she didn't get the date card, when she really wanted it, she is afraid she may go home.

Colton sits down with Caelynn and tells her that he didn't kiss her properly when she saved him, he fixes it with another kiss. Meanwhile, Hannah B. is floored that Colton is making a connection with Caelynn because she is not showing her true self. Hannah B. has time with Colton, she tells him that she was friends with Caelynn, and there were a few things that happened, a fallout and they haven't spoken since. Hannah B. claims she was in a very hostile environment with Caelynn. Colton seems really confused. Hannah B. apologies, he says he needs time to figure this out, he walks away from her. Colton then asks Caelynn to chat, he tells her what Hannah B. said. Caelyn admits it wasn't good, and she was going to speak to him about it, but not until she knew him more. Colton gets up, he goes to get the rose and he gives it to Caelyn.

Hannah B thinks she ruined her chances with Colton and she doesn't know how to fix it.

The next day Caelynn is still not happy and she is crying, she is shaking and she doesn't feel good about what Hannah B. did., she is afraid of her retaliation.

Colton is on his one-on-one date with Elyse. They head into a helicopter, it is both their first time and they are flying to San Diego. They arrive at Belmont Park, the whole entire park is theirs, and a group of children. They go on rides, play games, and lots of smiles are shared. The end of the day on a rollercoaster together and Elyse is so happy that Colton shared his charity work with her. Later that evening, at dinner, Elyse tells Colton that the day was absolutely incredible. Colton asks her why she is so confident. Elyse shares the story about her sister, who was pregnant with her second and found out she had a tumor. The baby made it, her sister passed and it was awful. Elyse says that it changes everything. But they turned darkness into goodness by creating a charity in her sister's name.

Back at the house, the girls receive another group date card. Hannah G. is bumped, her name wasn't called.

Colton loves how Elyse opened up about her family, he gives her the rose. Colton tells her that he has one more surprise for her, a live concert with Tenille Arts.

Colton has a fun day planned for the women, they pull up and Colton is waiting for them topless. Oneyka runs towards him and wraps her legs around him in a hug. Colton tells the women that his life revolves around fitness. Terry and Rebecca Crews are on hand to work with the women. The women warm up with various exercises and then head outside for the Bachelor's Strongest Woman competition. There are a series of competitions and only three will make it compete at the end. First, they have to push a 100-pound wedding cake down the aisle, Onyeka crushes it. Nicole is next and she can barely move the cake. Catherine has to flip a 150-pound tire repeatedly and has no trouble, neither does Sydney. In the end, Onyeka is the strongest woman.

The day is over, it's late and all the ladies sit down with Colton for a cocktail.. The women then try to spend some one on one time with Colton to vie for the rose. Colton admits to himself that when he is around Cassie, he has butterflies in his stomach. Colton spends some alone time with Caitlin and he tells her the truth, there is no spark there and he doesn't feel that she is for him, he walks her out. He tried to hold her hand, but she won't have anything to do with it. Caitlin is confused and heading home. Colton returns to the women and gives the rose to Nicole.

The next day, Chris tells the women that Caitlin was sent home and there will be no cocktail party. But, there is going to be a pool party. The party starts and Hannah G. is hoping to spend time alone with him because she didn't get a date. They get that time and Colton tells her that he is confident in what they have and didn't feel they needed a date to prove that.

Caelynn takes Colton to the side and tells him her version of her relationship with Hannah B. She tells him they were really close and when she got more attention than her, she started to do some bad things behind her back. Colton says that he is concerned because he did have a one-on-one with Hannah B. and he didn't see those things.

Colton goes to speak to Hannah B. and tells her that Caelyn called her manipulative, toxic and deceitful. Hannah B. says that she believes that Caelyn is not showing her true self to him. Colton looks so confused, he is going round and round in circles. Hannah B. tells him just to freaking trust her, she is telling the truth.

Colton gets up and walks away. Colton speaks to Chris, tells him there are two different stories.

Time for the Rose Ceremony. In the end, Hannah B. gets her rose and remains in the house. Annie Reardon, Alex Blumberg, Angelique Sherman, and Erika Mcnutt
