= I don't know about this. I know she said some nasty things against CBS and the show and was blacklisted. Odd that she didn't mention this long before now since she was blacklisted it wouldn't have hurt her anymore to bring this up .

As more and more information comes to light about the former head of CBS, Les Moonves, Victoria Rowell opens up about the effect he had on her career.
Back in 1990, Rowell arrived on the daytime scene when she joined The Young and the Restless on CBS as Drucilla Barber Winters, Lily's (
Christel Khalil ) mother and the love of Neil's (
Kristoff St. John ) life. She enjoyed huge success on the show until she left in 2007.
At one point, she had been pulling double duty, co-starring with TV legend Dick Van Dyke on his CBS primetime show Diagnosis Murder from 1993-2001, and she also wrote one of the episodes.
Not only that, she starred with Jim Carrey, Jeff Daniels, and Lauren Holly (ex-Julie, All My Children) in the blockbuster film, Dumb and Dumber during that time..
Back in 2015, Rowell sued both Sony and CBS for discrimination, but she eventually dropped the suit in February of 2017.
In a tweet on Friday afternoon, she quoted the following from Les Moonves: "And I have never used my position to hinder the advancement or careers of women."
She responded to it by saying, "#LIAR your loafer heel has been on my neck for over 11 years all because I cited lack of substantive diversity at CBS behind the camera #MeToo #RetaliationIsIllegal #Bully"
She's not the only former daytime star to tweet on the subject. Soap Hub
reported last week that daytime vet Sarah Brown also accused the CBS exec of sabotaging her career. Brown spoke of him blocking her from future jobs, as well.
Moonves was the subject of an exposé by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Ronan Farrow, who was also responsible for taking down disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein. which ignited the #MeToo movement in Hollywood and the rest of the nation. He was forced to step down from his job at CBS on Monday.
"And I have never used my position to hinder the advancement or careers of women," Moonves responded..
