While the Veto Ceremony in the
Big Brother house typically happens on Mondays, we're still early on in the season. For the first week or so, things do tend to operate at their own pace with their own rhythm. That includes right now, as the Veto Ceremony happened this Sunday.
In case you have now been around this weekend, Faysal won the Power of Veto and while there were a couple of debates here and there, we never got all that much of an indication that he was actually going to use it. Because of that, we weren't shocked when Faysal didn't use it. Sam and Steve remain on the block and in theory, one of them could be leaving the game this Thursday.
Yet, the key words here are "in theory" since the reality suggests that neither one of them is going to be going anywhere. If the votes stay where they seemingly are right now, Sam will be "leaving" via a vote of seven to six. After that, Sam's power will come out and she will be able to stick around this week. This is mostly notable in that there are, all of a sudden, going to be seven people who feel somewhat nervous. Sam is working with Tyler to see if there is a way for her to not have to use the power (he is the only one who knows about it), but these efforts are probably going to be in vein.
The biggest thing to remember here is that there is a lot of time between now and the eviction show and with that, there's a chance that some things could change. The longer that some people stay in that house together, the more paranoid that they are likely going to become.
