Earlier today in the
Big Brother 20 house, Tyler won the Power of Veto! That's great for him in that it ensures his safety. Yet, that does also force him into making some big choices this week.
So what is Tyler going to do? Ultimately, it does feel like something that he is still trying to figure out. He wants to figure out a way to convince Bayleigh that he and Scottie are best friends so he can get him on the block as a replacement nominee, but at the moment, she doesn't seem to be buying it. Instead, Bayleigh is trying to figure out a way to game Rachel into thinking that Tyler is throwing her under the bus so she can start to pull her away from him.
At the time in which we are writing this, we have to give the point to Bayleigh given that she managed to seemingly take advantage of a paranoid Rachel to spin things about Tyler wanting Angela out. Bayleigh had a pretty bad day as HoH yesterday with telling Rachel about her power, but she's recovering from it really well today.
The problem at the moment is that exposing Tyler doesn't really do a whole lot of good next week — it's a little bit more valuable down the road when he's not safe. What really matters this week is trying to set him up for a fall later. Rachel has relayed much of what Bayleigh told her to Angela, and, at least for now, Angela is buying into it and she doesn't trust what Tyler is telling her.
If Tyler does use the Veto, what we expect is JC will go up and go home, which is probably a victory for Level 6 if there's a way that they can ever come back together after this. If they don't, it's still a huge loss for Tyler since it's a chance for the women's alliance to take complete control of the game. Brett, Tyler, Scottie, and Faysal would be the only four guys left and there isn't a lot of connective tissue between Brett / Tyler and Scottie / Fessy.
