I told her how easy it was to remove yourself. If she is reading this in email she will know all she has to do is scroll tot he bottom where it says unsubscribe ,click that ,follow prompts and voila how simple. Also she is using a yahoo email as it is so that makes it even easier.

ALSO if she doesn't know how to get to the group page that is really simple just scroll down where it says Visit Your Group click that an voila you are there.
