SPOILER REPLY….
This has happened before too. Jason picked Melissa and then broke up with Melissa on the final rose and ended up asking Molly, the second runner up to marry him. They are still married to this day.

This Season's 'Bachelor' Spoilers Feature a Surprising Twist!
Updated: Feb 25, 2018 10:24 pm
It's that time, Bachelor fans! Arie Luyendyk Jr. has significantly narrowed down his group of women, and thanks to Reality Steve, we have details on this year's winner. So, who does Arie pick? Scroll down for your 2018 spoilers including why Caroline got so angry with Arie during the Women Tell All!!
Who does Arie pick on The Bachelor?
Arie was engaged to Becca Kufrin, a senior account executive at technology PR firm Skyaa (she also got the first one-on-one date of the season). But, according to a recent update from Reality Steve, the real estate agent has since called things off with Becca in order to pursue a relationship with his runner-up, Lauren Burnham.
The former race car driver was rumored to be filming at the home of Lauren's parents in Virginia, and ABC vans were spotted in the driveway. Becca appears to have hinted at the breakup with a pair of depressing Instagram stories late last month. "At least she still loves me," the Minnesota native captioned a photo with her cat. And next to a pic of dying flowers, she wrote, "Mood
Before breaking up with Becca, Arie actually spoiled the ending himself when he and the 27-year-old both Instagrammed from the same location (some eagle-eyed fans caught the slip-up).
As for 25-year-old Lauren, she got the boot on-camera right before Arie proposed to Becca in Cusco, Peru — but it looks like she'll be getting her happily ever after in the end (if they can make it work, of course).
Rounding out the top four are 26-year-old Kendall Long, who reportedly makes it to the final three without ever having a one-on-one date (until hometowns, that is). And 26-year-old Tia Booth gets kicked to the curb after introducing Arie to her family in Jonesboro, AR. We wonder which of these women will end up being our next Bachelorette — Becca will DEFINITELY have the edge after Arie dumps her!
For those curious about Bekah M., who many deemed a frontrunner early on, she seemingly confirmed that she wouldn't be receiving the 36-year-old's final rose with a Jan. 9 post on Instagram. In a video, the now-23-year-old sported a look of disgust/annoyance while footage of her and Arie kissing played in the background. It certainly wasn't the look of love!
