I think both of those can be explained with this us aainst the world mentality. They kind a had to have that on BB because evrybody literally was against them and they needed each other.

In amazing race they were tarets from day 1 so also needed that mentality.

when you think people are gunning for you it is also easy to get a "screw them" attitude.

Don't forget it was only a few week s betwen BB and AR. They really have not had any "normal" time when it wasn't them having to work together to get through thins. I think that has both brought them close and given them a "screw the others" attitude.
