What's the worst possible thing for many of the
Celebrity Big Brother HGs, but the best possible thing for good television?
Omarosa winning HoH. Thankfully, the
Big Brother gods are watching over us as the reality TV villainess takes power and throws the entire game into chaos.
Also throwing the game into chaos are the ramifications of Brandi's vote to evict Mark and the revelation that there will be a new twist with the Power of Veto. In less than three weeks this game has had more twists,, turns and gameplay than all of season 19. We're one week away from the finale and everyone is trying to find a way to get there.
The Wall
The HoH competition is a sitting variation of the Wall, an exciting battle of endurance. And with the first three to fall off going on Slop, the stakes are raised. Mark wants to win, James doesn't and Marissa says her alliance will be fine as long as
Omarosa doesn't win.
Metta is the first to drop after over 30 minutes. Ross falls shortly thereafter. Then Mark is out after an hour because of the testicular pain, putting those three guys on Slop. Marissa drops too, so it's down to Omarosa, Brandi and James.
Fan Vote Opens for Three Types of Veto Power>>>Even though James wants to throw it, he feels he may have to win against these two. Brandi thinks she might be able to manipulate James, but Omarosa is a dangerous wild card. After almost 90 minutes, Brandi falls.
As soon as she's out, Omarosa and James start discussing a deal. She offers him safety, including no backdoor, on the word of God because she has other targets. The rest of the house is terrified, silently begging James not to take the deal.
James likes the deal because neither of them have any friends in the house. After just over 90 minutes, James accepts and falls off.
Omarosa is the new HoH.
She's excited to shake up the house. James wants to realign because his two previous closest allies, Chuck and Shannon, have both been evicted. He is willing to work with Omarosa while Brandi and Ariadna are scared because they know she's smart enough to break up their foursome with Ross and Marissa.
The Brandi Vote
Right after the eviction, Brandi told Ariadna that she was the vote to evict Mark. It wasn't planned and Ariadna is disappointed in her. During the HoH competition, Ariadna tells Metta and Ross about Brandi's vote, even though Brandi made her promise not to tell anyone.
After the competition, Brandi tells her alliance and Metta about her vote, claiming that it was purely for sympathy because she didn't want Shannon to feel bad. Metta is fine with it, but the others aren't. They think it was Brandi's attempt to win Shannon's jury vote at the end.
Ross, Marissa and Ariadna have lost trust in Brandi and, in typical Brandi fashion, she has no problem talking openly about it. Brandi doesn't think she did anything wrong and says it's just a game. That's ironic since she's the one who voted based on purely personal reasons. But they still need the numbers, so they forgive her even though she tells them she's fine not being in the alliance anymore. Brandi cries and gets very emotional. This was a tiny spat that gets smoothed over quickly, but it's not forgotten.
A Veto Twist
Omarosa gathers the HGs to inform them that America is voting to twist up the next Power of Veto, but they won't find out until just before the live competition on Monday. Metta attends the meeting in his underwear.
Ross and Marissa are praying that the twist can somehow save their games while Omarosa is concerned that it will screw up her plans.
Another Final 4 Deal
Omarosa wants to break up the powerful pairs, Ross/Marissa and Brandi/Ariadna, but Ross is her primary target. Hilariously, Brandi just tells Omarosa that she was the vote to save Shannon. Brandi is an open book.
Omarosa talks to Mark to turn him against Ross. She asks for one week of safety if she doesn't put him on the block. He accepts the deal. To add to her numbers, she also recruits Metta and James for her side. Metta quickly agrees to take out Ross, but James needs more.
Omarosa proposes a Final 4 deal with James, Mark and Metta. He loves that idea. Omarosa is basically Nick Fury, assembling her Avengers.
Omarosa hedges her bets by talking to Marissa and Ariadna about female power and getting the ladies to the en, but it's just to see which woman will be sitting next to Ross. She basically gets them to throw Brandi under the bus for her rogue vote.
We also get more White House Story Time. She praises Hillary Clinton as smart and sharp from her time in the Clinton White House, saying that she would've been an exceptional President. She was originally on Team Hillary in 2016, but claims she got abused by that organization and so she flipped to Trump.
The Nominations
At the ceremony,
Omarosa nominates Ross and Brandi. She calls out Ross for planting seeds of about against her and says that Brandi went against her closest ally by voting to save Shannon, which makes her sketchy.
Brandi really wants to "beat this bitch" in the game. Ross vows to fight. Marissa simply prays that the veto twist saves her whole alliance.
Which side are you on: Omarosa, James, Mark and Metta or Ross, Marissa, Brandi and Ariadna?
