Most women do not report it, cause it usually is men in Power and it usually in the past, ruined the females career! Can give you examples from my wive's career. She handled a man in power trying to kiss her and she pushed him away , he tried again and she told him to cut it out pushed him away again . He then tried this with another woman, she reported it, they did nothing , her career was effected , my wive , her career was not cause she handled it herself. But not every woman can push back. So many men abused their position of power over women in the work place. It is so wrong! Some women who were harassed or abused coming out now cause it seems safe and it has festered inside them for many years!

I definitely do not condone treating women or anyone in this way, but I just don't like so many coming out of the woodwork so many years after these incidents have happened. These things should have been reported at the time when they happened. I don't think you can go after people 18 and 20 years after the fact on some things. For them to just automatically take the word of someone coming to light after this many years and wrecking someone else's career over it especially. I mean certainly do not condone it, and I don't think the behavior should be allowed and obviously now with it being such a popular issue all over these guys are not going to be getting away with it any more. I'm not sure what the statue of limitations for bringing them up on charges, but I don't think on most of these where it is one word versus the other that any type of criminal charges would hold up especially after all these years. I just wish people would report this stuff when it happens because then there would be a much better chance that these people would actually have to face consequences of their actions and not be able to do it to other people. When they stay silent they are just giving the ok for the person to keep victimizing others after them. What is the point in finally saying something so many years later? I just can't feel bad for them at this point.

100%. I don't know what's going on in this world but there is a definite problem happening. I knew some of this was happening but some of what i'm reading i just can't comprehend or process. What these people think is ok or why they are happy treating women this way. I just don't get it.
