They preempted the 2^nd hour I believe because they chose to show an election special and instead of a new TAR at 9 pm they chose to run the SWAT rerun they were going to show at 10 (which makes no sense since any new show is almost more likely to get higher ratings than a repeat, but you don't know what they were thinking
