Hey Jeff, just saw that North Carolina got hit with a 5.1 earthquake..  Y'all ok, hopefully?   That's a decent sized one, especially for an area that doesn't really get them, and likely the building codes aren't as strict as, say, California in terms of withstanding the quakes.
