The Bachelor Peter Weber Finale Recap 03/10/20: Season 24 Episode 11B "Season Finale Part 2"

"America watched live on Monday night as a devastated and emotional Peter attempted to make sense of his situation.

Can he turn it around? Will he get engaged? Peter, Hannah Ann, and Madison will all appear to live with Chris Harrison to talk about those tumultuous days in Australia and the rollercoaster of events that have happened since.No one knows how Peter's journey will end … not even Peter."

Madison regrets what she did, this is going to make for an intense season finale. Sadly for Madison, right now, it feels right for Peter to choose Hannah Ann. Neil Lane visits Peter to choose a ring for her. Peter is getting dressed, he is happy about his choice. He messages Hannah's father and asks him his permission to marry her.

Hannah Ann has no doubt in her love for Peter, she just hopes he says it back. But, last night he said his heart was being pulled in two different directions and that stabbed at her heart, she is having a hard time wrapping her head around it. Right now, she feels like she is at her absolute breaking point. She doesn't know what to do, everything in her heart is telling her just to put up her guard and tap out.

Peter is standing on a stage waiting for Hannah Ann, Chris tells him that he is not positive that she is coming. Peter can't believe it. He finally made his choice and Hannah Ann vanishes!

Peter goes back to his room, we see Hannah Ann driving in the car. Chris tells Peter that Hannah Ann has decided to meet with him. Having Peter say his heart is in a town in two ways, is making her second guess everything. Peter hugs Hannah Ann, he says he is good, she says it was a bit of a hike to get there. He talks about the first night when he gave her the first impression rose, there was never any question for him..

He has cherished every single moment that he has spent with her. He told her his heart was torn in two different directions, and now he has to follow his heart. He tells her that Madison left two days ago. He gives her lots more compliments, and then he tells her that his heart chooses her forever, he loves her. The love that she has shown him is all that he wanted. She grabs him and hugs him. He gets down on one knee and proposes to her. She says she can't believe he is all hers. They hug and share some champagne.

Peter just got back from Australia, the first step is to go see his parents and his brother Jack. Everyone is happy to see Peter, he tells them that he wants to talk about what happened. He is engaged, he is so happy, it is with the person who wanted to choose. He listened to everything they said. He asked Hannah Ann to marry him. His mother is being happy, she is crying and shaking. Her mother says she loves her and she is so happy. Peter face times Hannah Ann, to say hi to his parents.

Live on stage, Peter comes out to speak to Chris.. Chris asks Peter how was that day when he told his parents, he said it was a special day, he was very happy to move on with Hannah Ann.

Hannah Ann visits Peter in Los Angeles. It's been a month since they have seen each other. She explains to him that when she said yes to her, it was to be teammates, partners, and love. But if he can't give her that love in return, then it is not a relationship. He says he never intended to give his heart to two people, he is battling it, and he hasn't hidden it, he told her everything. Hannah Ann is crying, so is Peter. He tells her that he can't give her everything and he is so sorry. She says all she ever asked for is for him to give his whole heart as she did for him.

Hannah gets up to go to the bathroom for a break.. Peter follows her, she takes off her ring and says she said yes and this is what she gets. He says sorry from the bottom of his heart. She says he is not man enough to follow through with his words and feelings. He says he never envisioned this. She asks him why this is happening, he says because he can't give his entire heart to her.

She says she can't even look at him anymore. She just needs someone that is true to his words, and not be torn and conflicted 95% of the time. She doesn't need anything more from him, he has done enough damage. She places her ring in his hand and tells him that she is done. She tells him that she feels betrayed enough, she doesn't want to talk to him anymore. Hannah Ann leaves.

On stage, Peter tells Chris that he didn't want that, it tore his heart out, what he did to her. Chris tells Peter that Hannah Ann is there, and asks if he is ok to see her, he says yes. They haven't seen each other since the breakup.

Hannah Ann comes out on stage, Peter's parents look very happy in the audience. Chris thanks her for being there. She says she knew things were off when she went to Los Angeles, but she didn't know that he couldn't give her his full heart. He says that the biggest regret was letting her walk away and he does love her. And, it kills him so much that he took away from her.

He says he never felt love in his life like she gave him. She says that he downplayed his emotions towards Madison and he blindsided her. He had two days for him to tell her the truth, and he didn't. She says he didn't respect her enough to be open and honest with her. He says she is so right and there are so many things he would have done differently.

Chris tells Peter that he went to Auburn, Alabama to see Madison. She tells him that it has been really hard, it was a hard day. It's been even harder coming back and processing everything. She couldn't sleep and tried her best not to live in the past. She says it was the hardest thing she ever had to do, she regrets it and if she could do it again, she would do it differently.

She asks what happened, Chris tells her that he got engaged. He tells her that Peter doesn't know he is there, but he gave her the news that he ended his engagement with Hannah Ann. She says it breaks her heart. He asks if she is in love with him, she doesn't really answer, she says it is just a little confusing to her. In the background, we can see his parents, and they don't look happy and neither does Hannah Ann. Madison asks Chris what does Peter want. Chris says that in his dream he would be with her. Chris tells Madison to go pack a bag.

We see Madison show up at Peter's house, he hugs her. He says he is in shock to see her. He asks her why she is there. She tells him that Chris visited her and told her what happened and she feels for him, that hasn't changed. She says she was hoping to get closure and she never did. He says he has made mistakes over and over again, but he fell in love with her. She says they can't change the past, she knows it was difficult for him.

Chris asks Peter if he is in love with Madison, he says yes. Chris tells Peter that Madison is backstage, he brings her out.. Peter says it is a pleasant surprise to see her. Chris asks Madison where her head is at, she says she loves Peter, and that hasn't changed since Australia.

Chris says nobody knows how this is going to end.. Peter says that he and Madison have been hurt and there is a lot of healing that has to happen. He has made more mistakes as the bachelor, but he is still on this couch near Madison and he is happy. Peter says they need to take it one step at a time, this is the way to go with this. Peter's mother says the show last night didn't show everything when she went for Hannah Ann, she was so loving towards her.

She says that Madison, it started rocky, she made them wait three hours to meet them, and she didn't apologize and she didn't say she was madly in love with her son, and she wouldn't accept a proposal if she was asked to marry Peter. Madison's response is that the past is the past, she can't change it; she is at a loss for words, Peter chimes in and says that his parent's biggest worry is that Madison was not there for him like he was for her. Then he says he loves her and hopes his parents can come around.

Peter's mother says the family only wants the best for Peter. And, Hannah Ann opened up her heart to Peter and Madison didn't. Madison says that this is not just about Peter and his journey. Peter's mother says Peter has to fail to succeed and all his family, all his friends, know that it is not going to work. Peter asks his father what is his take on this. His father says this situation is telling us that there are so many obstacles in their way, there are so many differences to overcome. And, when you come into a relationship it should be the brightest spot, but this is not. Madison says that this is about her and Peter, and for them to hash out, not anyone else. Chris tells the two that he will be there for them, and wishes them all the best.

Next, we get to meet the new Bachelorette, Claire Crawley. She tells Chris that she will never give up on love, she is so deserving of it.
