Yea, i mean how many times can he claim I didn't know, or it was an accident, or i would never do such a thing before we have to admit he has a real problem here. He needs to go get some help, especially if it's happening without him realizing or understanding what he's doing wrong (if i believe that).

Glad action was taken. But if it truly was an accident, maybe not best move to remove him. But also one has to wonder, if it was an accident, is he so much "casual touching is perfectly fine" type of person, he may reach for the female to touch accidentally, subconsciously, over a male who is there, too.
