Going into tonight's Big Brother 21 eviction show, most of the speculation was on the future of Kathryn Dunn in the game. Would she really be evicted? If there's one thing that we know about Kat, it's that she does have nine lives.
The problem that Kat ran into over the past few days was that she tried too hard in order to distance herself in the eyes of other people from Jackson and Holly … even though everyone knew that she was still working with them. It was a hard thing to really get around, especially up on the block against Cliff, a guy who was well-liked by a lot of people … and also someone who had made what he felt was a final-six deal.
The thing that was the most disappointing leading into Kat's eviction tonight was the rift that formed between her and Cliff. To be fair, Jessica told Kat the information incorrectly when it comes to making a deal to save his own hide — it wasn't like he was super-proactive behind making the alliance. He just took what was offered to him. It wasn't as fully accurate a situation as you would think.
When it comes to the speeches, Kat decided to throw Cliff and Nick under the bus, but she seemed to be in much better spirits. Meanwhile, Cliff did a silly Maury bit proclaiming that he is not really Kat's father. Jessica was the only person to vote to keep Kat in the game, which she claimed that she was going to do no matter what.
