Will and Grace aren't technically "cancelled".  They are ending the show voluntarily after the upcoming 3^rd season of the reboot and they say it was always their intention to do so.

The Walking Dead has not been canceled as far as I know ... I read that it was renewed for Season 10

I'm really shocked at several of these cancellations.  Probably the most shocking are Will and Grace and The Walking Dead.
