Also, when it was the other format, then there was time on finale night to hear from the rest of the players from before jury. This way, they sat there and basically wasn't even acknowledged. They used to have time to tell the jury things they saw from when they went home etc. It's really a bad format now and they shouldn't have it the same night as Survivor premiere, they should maybe have the finale on the Sunday night before or something or just a different day so that they have more time to devote to the episode.

That's exactly what Dan said, and it's the fault of the format at the end with the questions and stuff they don't have the time and like they used to to really talk to the jury the way they did in his original season. Plus when they are watching season 16 as their example season each year now that doesn't help either. That's not the season they should be emulating.
I totally agree with what you are saying when it comes to Swaggy and Baleigh as well as Paul. I was cheering for him to win last year, and I still think he deserved to win last year over Josh. I still think it is messed up they are still proud they awarded Josh the win over Paul. I listened to Mark and Elena on Dick at Night and while I do like them both a lot they were quite proud of it and smug over voting for Josh over Paul that's the one thing I did not like about what all they had to say. I can't fault them for feeling how they felt, but they should have respected Paul's game even if they didn't like it. It's Big Brother you don't have to like it, but it's a game. Dr. Will would never have won with a jury like today and he would never be considered the awesome player he is by todays standards as a winner if he played now, I believe because of it.

You're right..it was closer to 3 weeks. But it was still very little time that they knew each other and totally different than being outside. But now i know why...it looks like she is pregnant. I still hope they take time to get to know each other better before getting married. I agree with you on Tyler....Paul was a real jerk last year. He still deserved the win over Josh though but he had terrible jury management and was overall a jerk. Tyler was not even close that way, he was nice to everyone. Real fans used to respect blindsides and strategical play.....but the jury in the last bunch of seasons (since season 14 really) take it way too personal and vote very personal. I don't believe Sam was always going to vote for Kaycee. She was hurt by Tyler. She thought she was his only number 2 and when he voted her out and then found out he had other final 2's that was her turning point and she was never going to vote for him after that. But i don't believe that she always intended on voting for Kaycee. She would've voted for anyone over Tyler once she felt hurt by him. That was Tyler's one downfall I think is making too many final 2's. But if someone asks you to make a final 2, what are you supposed to do, say no?
Scotty is a real fan of the show so i thought he would respect Tyler's game play and vote for who played the best game. He disappointed me the most as a fan of the game. Again, Kaycee played a great game too, but in my mind all that Tyler did the whole game, he should've won. I just think people like Dan, Tyler, Dr Will, Vanessa, they can't win the game anymore. The jury is just too personal and you have to play nice like Kaycee and just win competitions when you need to and do everything right, never lie and hope to get to the end and that's who wins nowadays.

They were in the house together for more than two weeks, over three weeks. They are in the house over two weeks when the first eviction happens. So Steve was in there for more than two weeks, so by the time Swaggy left it was over three weeks. I think he said he was in there 23 days or somewhere around that many.
Tyler didn't lose the game with bad jury management, the problem was they didn't really see his game that well it was a bit hidden and they thought he was a stupid lifeguard that needed protecting through a lot of the game. They just didn't realize what all he was doing for a lot of it. Till towards the end, but he wasn't mean or nasty to anyone the way Paul was. The issue was he didn't have enough time to explain himself to everyone to flip the votes his way. I think most of them were gamers and fans and would have given him their vote if they would have known the full extent of his game versus Kaycee's.
Honestly, Sam is the one that should have voted for him over Kaycee and she said she had decided way before that she was voting for Kaycee based on her family story. She had decided that Kaycee had needed the money earlier on in the house so it had nothing to do wtih Tyler himself and that she still loved Tyler. That was from her backyard interview. She even said she would have voted for JC over Tyler also for the same reason. They both had harder lives and needed the money more is essentially what she had said.
Fessy said he only voted for Kaycee cause she beat him in that Veto competition that led to him getting evicted from the house so he felt he was evicted cause of her. So he credits her with his getting out of the house so she got his vote. Which I think is ridiculous.
Haleigh awarded the better game play after she heard Tyler's answers and speech she went into the jury questions as a Kaycee vote, but between Kaycee's answer she lost the vote and Tyler's answers he won her vote. I think if they would have talked beforehand Fessy would have voted the same as Haleigh, surprised they voted differently.
Tyler should have won this season in my opinion. Glad he got America's fave though! To me there is no comparison between Tyler and Paul. Tyler is much better hands down as a person much nicer to everyone and I think much more respected by everyone.

A proposal after 2 weeks is just crazy. I agree.
As for tyler losing he needs to talk to Paul about bad jury management. It is part of the game and I'll admit not the most intersting part of the game but he failed at it.
I think all reality shows outside of AR need to figure out how to make jury management which is a crticial part of the game and has been since survivor season 1 more interesting to the viewers. It needs to stay but how do you project that on TV in an interesting way? Maybe a weekly jury vote? Do you show it to all HG or just HoH? I think there are options here that could be explored.
I'm sorry...it's probably just me, but I was kind of sickened that Swaggy proposed to Bailey. They literally knew each other 2 weeks. That's it. They were apart the rest of the time and they knew each other for 2 weeks only. He spent time with her family and he saw her on tv...but they don't know anything about each other outside the house. They never went on a date, never spent time not in a game together. It's not like they were in the house together 24/7 for the whole summer. I would've felt the same if it were Angela and Tyler even though they did spend hte entire summer together but this is literally 2 weeks. It bothered me and i can't believe she accepted (though i guess she felt pressured to anyway) but I think it's crazy. Again, it's probably just me but i was not happy for them nor did I think it was sweet. I thought it was nuts given how little they know each other. And i know there are people who fall in love at first sight..but this is a crazy situation they were in and then together for so short and apart this whole time.
I am happy for Kaycee but I really wanted Tyler to win. I knew Sam wouldn't vote for him. I am surprised Fessy and Haileigh voted differently from each other but that's good that they are their own person. I was surprised by Scotty..he's a fan of the show and was hoping he would respect Tyler's strategic game. But i'm happy anyway and at least Tyler won America's favorite player too.
Just for the record..i could be wrong but i don't think Haleigh and Fessy will last too long but we'll see.
